Lovely rooms and wonderful host. Feels like being home. Breakfast unbeatable. We can highly recommend it. Rooms and bathrooms wonderful and the house is located mid town. We will return next time we are coming to Fryeburg Main. Lovely area

Main Street B&B has everything we love when we get away. It's beautifully furnished but in a homey way. Our room had a comfortable mattress and linens, warm comforter, good light for reading, large windows to let in the light and view, delightful bathroom, and thirsty towels. The innkeeper, Margaret, quickly felt like a friend. She's personable and knowledgable about... More

My husband and I make a point of staying at B&B's and small inns whenever possible when we travel. We were thrilled that we discovered Main Street Bed and Breakfast. There, we spent the last two nights of a long trip along coastal Maine and the Canadian Maritimes; finally making our way home by a more inland route through Maine... More

My first time at a b&b and it was everything I expected. Private bath, clean comfortable room. The house was very clean, the yard was well kept. It was a beautiful day and I enjoyed taking pictures of the old barn.. Wild flowers and beautiful afternoon sun. The breakfast in the morning was made to order and there was plenty... More

We would definitely stay here again. Our innkeeper was very welcoming, and informative about the area. Our room was very comfortable, although we did have to go across the hall to our bath, which was not a problem. Our breakfast was wonderful, and we decided early on that our host was a gourmet cook/chef. We will definitely visit there again!

Margaret Cugini, the B&B owner, was friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to giving her visitors a wonderful experience. Fresh flowers in our rooms, pretty and unfussy furnishings, down comforters, a selection of books, green views out our windows, utterly delicious food at breakfast, and Margaret's own thoughtful, knowledgeable hospitality made our stay at this place really delightful. The White Mountains rose... More

My husband and I made a trip to western Maine, from our home in eastern Maine, in order to enjoy a concert at the Stone Mountail Arts Center. When we arrived at Main Street B & B , Margaret had a cozy fire going in the living room. She is very lovely inn keeper and very aware of her guests'... More

We picked thise B&B in a spur of the moment change of vacation plans and this was a great choice. We were headed to North Conway and my husband wanted to show me a real Maine town. Although a highly commercialized North Conway is just minutes away, Fryeburg is calm and beautiful and real. The view from the back yard... More

My partner and I just stayed at the Main Street Bed and Breakfast in Fryeburg, ME to take advantage of the cross country skiing in nearby Jackson, NH. The Persimmon Room, as well as the rest of the house, was spotless and comfortable. The floors downstairs are the wonderful wide planks found only in these old homes. Our bedroom was... More

Spent 4 nights at this beautifully maintained B&B. Fresh flowers everywhere, every day. Immaculately clean. Original farmhouse has been recently renovated - it's picture perfect, with a lovely mountain range view. Our In-Keeper, Margaret was always cheery, eager to share her local knowledge, yet knowing when you wanted your privacy. The quality of her food was only surpassed in how... More
