Our room was plenty big and we were told that we had the executive suite. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast fare was plentiful and well prepared. We would stay here again. The hotel is not far from downtown shopping.

We stayed her with friends on our way through Maine. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. King sized bed and small couch with coffee table. Everything was nice except we were on the highway side of the hotel and had to keep the fan going all night to drown out the noise. Really not bad for the price and would... More

We rented a bunch of rooms for our 13U baseball team and upon arrival the disheveled front desk clerk checked us in. When we got to our room we realized it wasn't two queens with a pullout, rather it was a King bed. I called down to the front desk and the front desk clerk fluffed me off, telling me... More

The suite was very nicely appointed. Plenty of drawer space, 2 TV's, desk, couch, king size bed. The a/c worked great and thank goodness because it was muggy. We did have a couple of hiccups - we got the phone that didn't work so you could not call down to the front desk, 2 ceiling lights were out, the shower... More

Paid 145 plus tax for this place??? Really???rooms are clean beds are comfortable common areas could be cleaner need a good vacuuming and wall cleaning. Compared to the Hampton and Hilton that I paid 129 plus tax for this is a rip off especially when you are driving all day get up the next day and there's no hot water... More

Could have had a much higher rating if not that close to highway 295. Room 124 was an excellent accessible room, very clean and a beautiful walk-in shower and close to the indoor salt water pool.It was located just outside Freeport proper but this room in the back of the hotel as well I guess all even numbered rooms much too... Been here before. I knew what to expect. It was the same great greeting, awesome room and of course delightful complimentary breakfast. The weather was in the 70's. What more could you ask for. H.M. Regan Plymouth, MA

Front desk guy Ed was rude. Sat there and ate while talking on the phone and then when I went to check in, he had a mouthful of food and talked to me. He had his phone blaring with music and then when I came back and hour later to go through the lobby he was sitting on the couch... More

We spent two nights here in late March. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable too. Our only complaint was the rather dim lighting within the room. For example, our suite had a sofa in an alcove with a partition separating it from the rest of the room but there was no light... More

General condition of this hotel is deteriorating year after year. Among other things, simple measures like cleaning marks on doors and public areas, fixing furniture, cleaning (properly) carpets, etc. do not seem to be part of their concerns. Furthermore, not heating a room in advance in January (0 F.) is a total lack of respect for its client. This happened... More
