My family has been going to evergreen valley since 1979. Lots of things to do nearby or you can stay at the inn and enjoy the solitude and downhome Maine hospitality. Donna and Jess and the rest of the staff are great.

we stayed here for a week in late September; fall colours were awesome. This place is a little dated but clean and friendly. It is at least 30 minutes away from any town so a great escape if that is what you are looking for. No restaurants around either. We stayed in a one bedroom loft; did not like the... More

We booked our stay at this hotel/resort/B&B online, sight unseen while on the road touring Maine. We were looking for a taste of what we thought Maine was - in our minds - and once we found this stop we had a mixed basket of reactions. First, we found Evergreen after travelling the back roads of the White Mountain National... More

Booked a 1 night getaway with my husband. After traveling over semi-paved roads that nearly bottomed out my car that trailed about 7 miles into the woods, we arrived, checked in, and were escorted by the front desk clerk to someone else's room. She proceeded to open the door where there was an unmade bed and people's belongings everywhere. Once... More

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are a small business with little funds and we do the best we can. I'm so sorry you got on that awful road. You must have come from Rt. 113. The best way to get to Evergreen Valley is from Rt. 5 in North Lovell. We are 3.5... More

While the mobs of tourist descend onto the Coast of Maine, The Lake Region and White Mountain region of the State is where Mainers go to escape the summer madness. My family and I have been coming to the Evergreen Inn and Villas for 13 years and have never been disappointed. Located right on the border of New Hampshire (Less... More

Booked 1 night through Expedia for a room with a queen bed. Bed was smaller than a standard double, sagged to the middle, folded into the wall. No coffee in room, no breakfast, between 5 to 7 miles to nearest shop, dirty and no bed lamps. Reception was not interested in any complaints. Contacted Expedia re a refund and met... More

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. If you didn't, we would not have known that the information Expedia has on it's site about our Inn is wrong. I am rectifying that. Our website shows all the rooms and tells about the Murphy beds. We're a small business with little funds but we are, however, doing... More

We loved the place.. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Reasonable prices too. The best part was the reading room with a good collection of books. Has a good collection of indoor games as well. The area surrounding this resort is such a wonderful one with lakes and lovely roads to drive through. Some roads are not in great... More

We stayed here for 3 days.. and absolutely loved the place.. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable and so home-like... The place seems like a home renovated to a lodge and the owners are very friendly and co-operative. Rooms are clean and well maintained and prices seem reasonable. Also hosts - A lovely, cosy reading room/library of sorts with a... More
