I've been reading some of the reviews and have focused on the negative ones. When I was a child my family would travel to Point Sebago every year. It was a great place and very fun. Two years ago after not going up for 19 years I took my family to Sebago and it's even better than I can remember.... More

Spend a week in a rented Golf Course home and enjoyed all the amenities of the Resort. 4 adults and 2 teenagers and we did not stop all week. The house was amazing, the golf carts nicely maintained. The entire property was so well maintained I was pleasantly surprised. The Tiki Bar happy hour was so much fun for the... More

Point Sebago's Murder Mystery weekend is one of my most favorite weekends of the year! I have been going for over 10 years and each year the staff give us a fresh new show. It is definitely a weekend for adults (leave the kids at home) with some risqué humor but if your okay with that, it is a riot!... More

We went with two other families (total of 6 adults and 7 kids). We got park homes on the island. They were small and perfect. I LOVED them. Two tiny bedrooms, a small kitchen/living room and bathroom. Considering the small size, it had AMPLE storage. I was very surprised by that. I adored living in the little home for the... More

We rented out the Island Lodge and many cabins at Point Sebago and they were perfect for my friends and family. Everything ran smoothly and we had the greatest time ever. Thank you to Ruth for facilitating such a great weekend. We all want to come back again and again. Volleyball an hour before you get hitched is an awesome... More

We rented directly from an owner at Point Sebago. The cottage was a mobile home, filthy, full of dust, trinkets everywhere probably bought from yard sales. We were not told it was a mobile home surrounded by trailers. We paid a lot of money and this was the worst vacation ever. Our little dog got violently sick from the nastiness... More

5th Labor Day Weekend in a row for our family. We started with a popup on a campsite 5 years ago and this year we rented a park model on "The Island" The rental was clean and comfortable and had a great location on the lake. Lots of activities and plenty of r&r. Well maintained resort... each year we see... More

Resort is fantastic. Plenty of activities for all ages. The accomadations are trailers. They could be cleaner and a bit more accomadating for the price. However, time spent in trailer should be minimal because of all the activities. They are heavily staffed and extremely friendly. We had a 9, 10 and 11 year old and they never got bored. They... More

We did not enjoy this vacation. We endured it - until we left early. There is definitely a disconnect of what constitutes "family friendly" between the mainstream and this resort. Family friendly does not, in my estimation, include allowing drinking and smoking on the beach, which occurs all day, every day, on every beach. This policy yields drunk adults swearing... More

Family went to Point Sebago for the first time this August, and had a WONDERFUL time!!! I had been nervous because a couple of reviewers said the lake smelled - - untrue while we were there, the lake had no odor at all! We swam everyday, we even took the ferry to the sandbar for a cookout - the water... More
