Almost passed up this place due to the bad reviews it got, but seeing we waited to long to book a place there wasn't a single room left in the area for a reasonable price. So glad we ended up going there after all, we didn't run into any drunks in golf carts , and didn't notice too many smokers.... More

When we first got there we had made a mistake and this wasn't for us. We were so wrong. We found everyone we met to be polite and helpful. They seemed to really want us to have a relaxed Trip. There are a range of things to do...something for everyone...our kids loved it. go to the national park near by.... More

This was our first time going to Point Sebago. I was told about it from a few people and how great it was for families. After reading the reviews here I was a bit nervous. We decided to go for a 3n/4d instead of a week to try it out. We stayed in a standard park home. It was clean... More

This was our first time coming to Point Sebago. My husband and I, as well as our two children, didn't know what we were going to expect when we came here. We had heard about this resort through a close personal friend of ours and thought it sounded like a great vacation. It was absolutely amazing! We put our kids... More

We have been going to ps for about 10 years! My sister & her family has been going since 1989, we travel from west palm beach Florida every year! We look forward to seeing all the same people every year, we have made a lot of new friends. The first few years we had a lot of different issues to... More

We have stayed 3 times. We love the lake and location. Some campers are nicer than others but cost the same. The campers on the point are the best! Others are outdated. Beds are not comfortable. Playgrounds and beach are great. Think that they should charge less. For a 3 day stay we spent over $1,000. Could have gone to... More

This was our first trip to Point Sebago. We've stayed in the area before but not at the resort. We love the proximity to Boston. We've being hearing for years this was the place to go though and went with two other families. That was our attraction. The lake is the main focal point and unless you have a boat... More

This was our first trip to Point Sebago. We've being hearing for years this was the place to go. A co-worker has been going to Point Sebago for about 20 years. We were excited to make the journey but I'm not sure I'd be eager to make the journey from Long Island in the future. The lake was nice, the... More

The biggest problem with PS is the beds. The resort cottage as well as a park home has beds that came from a Chinese torture chamber. There were coils that stabbed me all night. A previous tenant had placed a pillow under the mattress in the hope of keeping from sinking down to the floor. How often are these beds... More
