My mom and I stayed in Patrick & Renee's comfortable inn for two nights while visiting Camp Arcadia for its 100th Anniversary celebration. The hosts are kind and warm, and clearly want to give their guests an excellent experience. We stayed in one of the motel rooms, which was big and very comfortable, and we both slept really well in... More

My daughter and I stayed here in July 2015 before I dropped her off at a local sleep-away camp. The inn was full of parents and children doing the same. Rene and Patrick, the innkeepers, were terrific - so welcoming. The inn, in which we stayed, is incredibly clean and inviting. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and one boy... More

Patrick and René (the innkeepers) are so friendly and welcoming. They provided us a wonderful experience. We had an exquisite stay. We stayed in the main house and the accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The decor was very inviting and made for a homy environment. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall a great visit and we will certainly be returning!!!

We had the pleasure staying here last night. It was amazing! One of the nicest bed and breakfasts we've ever stayed in. René and Patrick were a delight. Even before we got here, they recommended the Black Bear Café down the road - great entertainment with good food. There's a nautical theme throughout the Inn – very homey. Breakfast was... More

I was going through New York for a week and needed a place to stay that wasn't too pricey and included Breakfast/Shuttle. This hotel had breakfast and the Shuttle took me around Syracuse/Liverpool (even to the Shopping Mall, not just to transportation locations). Overall, this place was an awesome experience. About the room: Bed was HUGE (awesome). Room was clean.... More

We love receiving a raving review like this, of course, and much of what is said by this reviewer rings absolutely familiar, however, the part of the shuttle, Syracuse and Liverpool was completely foreign to us, what made us realize that the reviewer meant to compliment another Maplewood Inn, not us. We are a lovely place too, but can't take... More

All you could ask for, and more. As you can see from the website photos, this is a very nice, small, New England inn / motel. It is conveniently located, easy to find. The main point of a motel is for a nice place to sleep. Well, this fills the bill. The rooms are easy to get to - you... More

Did I say the maplewood inn was clean? The beds had down comforters on both comfortable beds. There was a good size refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which you only get when you order one. The staff was very nice. I can't say enough good things about it. Would definitely go back again.

The Maplewood Inn in Naples, Maine, has become our place to stay when visiting the area. This year alone, we have stayed there four times; we can always count on having a good experience there. It is very conveniently located, whether you are headed to Sebago Lake or to Portland. The owners are very charming and always very accommodating, whether... More

The Maplewood Inn in Naples, Maine once again proves to be an excellent choice when visiting the Sebago Lake area. Over the past years we have been going to the Sebago area and we continue to rely on the Maplewood Inn for our choice of stay. Patrick has continually gone out of his way to accommodate us as we might... More

"CALL if you need anything." How about a phone, coffee pot, but no filters, temperature not able to be controlled..either way too hot or way too hot!! Beds were comfortable, but couldn't sleep because of the hear T

An immediate response to this review is warranted because it contains factual inaccuracies and is overall pretty unfair. The coffeemaker comes with all condiments needed, including a coffee pouch, so no filter needed. There are two sources of heat in the room, the heat pump on the AC and regular baseboard heat, controlled by a thermostat in the back of... More
