Michael and Mary Jo have created something very special at the Hartstone Inn. Every time we're in Camden we stay at the Hartstone because we feel as though we're returning to a friend's home. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the food is extraordinary and they are wonderful hosts. Don't miss an opportunity to experience it! More

We decided to go to Camden at the last minute, and how wonderfully surprised we were. The Hartstone is an amazing Inn in the middle of town that wow's you from the start. The staff is extremely attentive and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Our room was very cozy, yet had lots of room..... gorgeous shower!!. We had great cocktails... More

I was blown away by the attention to detail shown at the Hartstone Inn. The rooms are very well appointed and staff has taken care to anticipate your needs before they come up. Some nice touches that stood out in my mind: - I loved the seating area in my room by the window, complete with magazines and a TV... More

My husband surprised me with an overnight get away. We arrived to find a charming Inn nestled in downtown Camden. The staff was warm and friendly and ready to assist us with any need. We reserved the "Manor Suite" in an adjacent building, it was a beautifully decorated suite with a fire-place and sitting area. The king size bed was... More

The Inn itself was/is in excellent condition; very elegantly decorated. Every staff member we spoke with was very helpful, courteous, and genuinely friendly. The evening and breakfast dining experiences were outstanding. More

We spent 2 nights at Hartstone for our "Babymoon" and found the whole establishment satisfactory. The dinners at the inn are really great. The chef specializes in French cuisine and the food is very rich. Lots of creme anglaise desserts and cream sauces with dinner. I can't say enough great things about the staff and service. Staff was friendly, unimposing... More

Pleasantly surprised doesn't begin to scratch the surface of how I feel about The Heartstone Inn. Let me first say that the accomodations were top notch, as was the staff. We had asked for a bottle of wine and cheese platter to be waiting in our room upon arrival, which they nailed. They were also very knowledgeable about the area... More

The Hartstone Inn is luxurious without being pretentious. The staff makes you feel at home, the accommodations are elegant and the food is to-die-for. A great place to relax and unwind. More

This was the second stay for my husband and I, we stayed in the cottage suite both times. The food is simply amazing. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The suite was clean, comfortable and inviting. We especially loved the gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. More

My husband surprised me with a birthday trip to the Hartstone Inn shortly before Christmas. Even though it was the off-season and the inn was clearly not very busy, we were greeted by name immediately and shown all around the place. We instantly felt welcome and at home. We stayed in the Arbor suite which was incredibly comfortable and impeccably... More
