We stayed in the Hideaway which is off the main drag, probably a better choice than staying in the main inn. We stayed in the room called Lavender. We stayed 2 nights mid-week in October. Our Sweet Woodruff room in The Hideaway House was up a very narrow and quite steep staircase. We drug the suitcases up by ourselves.
