We stayed in the Owls condo. It was the perfect setting inside and outside for the two of us. Check in was a breeze and the owner and his sister were just wonderful. It was so nice and clean and quite. Also the little touches of accommodations were much appreciated. If we're ever back in the area, we will be... More

My boyfriend and I recently went to the Lodge for a weekend trip. We were greeted by Jack immediately upon our arrival, setting the tone for a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious yet cozy with a fully stocked kitchen and wood burning fireplace. The bed was SO comfy, and the Aveda hair products were a great touch. We... More

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. It was a perfect location close to town, the room was great. It had a little kitchenette so we stopped at Hannafords to grab some drinks and snacks. They delivery breakfast goodies to your door every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. It snowed... More

Located just outside of Camden, set back from the road and overlooking the bay, these units are lovely, peaceful and very well-maintained. Our cabin had a log fireplace and comfy king bed, along with a roomy bathroom and a kitchen space just large enough for breakfast and snacks. It was a treat to get our basket of breakfast goodies each... More

Thank you for your review, The Lodge as well as Camden is a great destination in any season. Now that you experienced a winter stay, we'd love to see you for summer visit. From the Lodge you can hike Mt Battie and Mt Megunticook or take a thirty minute stroll into downtown Camden. Or we can recommend some wonderful day... More

Spent Christmas weekend up there in the Penobscot cabin - couldn't have been happier. This was our 2nd visit to The Lodge and we love it!! Great people, very accommodating, fantastic location, and comfortable lodging - jacuzzi tub, fireplace, comfy bed w/ nice linens - what's not to love? The kitchen means you never have to leave, but of course... More

The staff was great, they let us check in early. I loved receiving a basket of small bites in a basket each morning. The spaces were well kept. A great retreat from Christmas in Boston. A few words of caution: If you're staying in the Jacuzzi suite, it will take patience to get the Jacuzzi filled with HOT water. If... More

Thank you for your review Malik. It was very nice to meet you. We offer double sided gas fireplaces for those that don't enjoy the aroma of wood smoke in several of our cottages, and you're right it does take some patience to fill the Jacuzzi, its over 150 gallons of hot water. We are located on the eastern slope... More

My room was simple and elegant; there are lanterns which softly light the edge of the woods behind the rooms. Very private and quiet, views overlooking the ocean, a perfect place to rest and rejuvenate, while the town is just minutes away. Lovely, and a kind staff.

This is our second stay which was just as enjoyable as our first. This time we were in the Port Clyde Loft Bedroom. The working fireplace was very enjoyable on a rainy November evening. The king size bed is extremely comfortable, the room was immaculate, the view fantastic, check in/out was a breeze. The morning croissants and jam were a... More

Thank you for bringing the heating noise to our attention. We have addressed the issue, replacing the air vent in the system which removes trapped air in the pipes that causes the noise. The Lodge at Camden Hills More

We stayed overnight at the Lodge at Camden Hills in early November. The owner was warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable, clean, and had a wonderful view of the Bay, and the bakery items delivered to the door in a hanging basket in the morning was the icing on the cake. We loved it. Nice fireplace & kitchen too!

The accomodations were private yet within a mile of Camden Village. Went out of their way for anything we needed. So very private, quiet with amazing views of Penobscot Bay from the cottage. Congratulations on their 40 years in business. Keep it up. We will be back. They provide unparralled service for individual needs. Thanks again for a much needed rest.... More
