We couldn't be more delighted with such a marvelous place to stay. Clean! Comfortable! Terrific owners who live on site. Tks Bill and Linda. Beautiful, well cared for, property (inside and out), with such a great lake. We plan to come back many times. You have so many "return" people. We can see why. We just can't say enough good... More

My siblings and I are from nearby North Bridgton and Harrison and stay nowhere else. ... So you've already read about the rooms (clean, basic, well-furnished) , the grounds (thoughtfully & meticulously cared for), and location on Highland Lake. But it's more difficult to give ratings to the Chief Cook And Bottlewasher and his entire staff (i.e., his wife). Should... More

Hello again and thank you for your kind words. It is always good to see you. Seems to me you are coming again soon. The gardens change as the season moves on so they will be different than when you were here last. The chief cook and bottle washer and his staff hank you for taking the time to give... More

We had the best vacation. We had a large group and they gave us extra beds and extra linen. The motel is cozy and warm. The Grady's are the nicest people. The boat rides, the private beach, the bonfires, the smores, the paddle boat, the tubing .... What a vacation!!!

Beautiful grounds, spacious and clean rooms. Nice staff. Full sized refrigerator and stove. Includes even a toaster - nice touch! - and cooking and eating utensils. I have rated it 5 stars even though there was a chemical or mildewy odor in the room, and one had to walk outside to get wifi. Very reasonable rates.

Thank you for staying with us. We are so pleased you found everything you needed in your room. The wifi range extends all the way to the lake but because of the roofing material it does not always come into the rooms. The chairs out side the rooms are a great place to connect. Inside the rooms near the window... More

What a wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds with good sheets, a great shower, off the main road so it's quiet at night, and right on a beautiful lake. The room even has a full kitchen, you could cut costs by making a few meals if you wanted to. I would go out of my... More

We stayed at Grady's West Shore Motel to be close to a family gathering at a nearby lake and had a great experience. The room was clean and large. We especially liked the kitchen area so all our meals did not have to be eaten out. The room had everything we needed (folding table/chairs, cot, dishes, pots and pans) and... More

I own a cottage nearby and because space is always tight in my place, i book overflow guests at Grady's when I need to. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the motel is right on the lake. The rooms are spotless and have efficiency kitchens. Bill and Linda Grady are wonderful hosts. There is no other place on the lake... More

Just a tremendous place for family vacation on the lake. We (Couple + 5 year Old) had a great time with two other families. Bill and Linda are terrific hosts and the water tubing is great. Very clean and nice environment to spend a few days on the lake.
