Very convenient spot near the center of town. Owners are very friendly and are happy to assist in any way. Nice made to order breakfast. Make sure you get a room with a private balcony and a view of the harbor, we had room number 6.

We were very pleased with perfect in town location and attention to detail at the Admiral's Quarters Inn, part of the Greenleaf Inn complex, The view from the room takes in the entire harbor. The room included all the little extras; full length mirror, flashlight by the bed, comfy chairs, and plenty of towels and toiletries. There are comfortable gathering... More

We could only stay for one night but would have loved to stay longer. Warm welcome, great hospitality and staff who can't do enough for you. This added to a really charming, comfortable bedroom made for a perfect stay. Thanks Ben.

This was our first stay in many years at an inn or bed and breakfast style setting, so I was a little nervous because I like my privacy and peace and quiet. I must say, Ben made our stay at the Greenleaf Inn one of our most enjoyable trips for as long as I can remember. The inn was spotless... More

I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The food is fabulous and so is the service. The views are stunning and the rooms are very comfortable. You will not be disappointed. We have been to Boothbay several times and this has been our favorite place to stay. We will be back!

This bed and breakfast is right up the road from all of the shops and restaurants. It is very cute. The decor is a bit dated, but the inn is clean and the room was spacious. There was a lot of options for breakfast and the main meal was very good.

My husband and I stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed here last year and knew we wanted Room #2 in the Admiral Quarters. It's the only room on the main level and when the door is open into the hall its feels like an extension to the public sitting room. Ben helped carry our luggage and... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Greenleaf while attending nearby wedding festivities. Our stay was superb, with quaint, comfortable accommodations, convenient location to downtown and the harbor and really nice views. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they served a very nice breakfast. We look forward to the next opportunity to stay there if in the area... More

Greenleaf Inn was terrific. Ben welcomed us upon arrival and couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful! The room was well appointed -- and for a chilly night, the gas woodstove would be a treat! Coffee and drinks (non alcoholic) are available in public areas - all day. That's nice! Breakfast was good. Our stay was too short - we... More
