We picked the hotel for the price we got! Walls allowed us to hear a man in the next room speak for hours on the phone- he got louder as night went on. No one is at the front desk so you call the room extension to speak to some one you just woke up.Not in favor of no one... More

Staff is terrific and oh-so friendly. Shout out to the front desk person who stayed late to check us in -- she even called us to ensure we hadn't gotten lost when we were well past our ETA! Beautiful location and a lovely lawn with Adirondak chairs - wonderful to sit and enjoy this spectacular view. Green Mountain K-cup coffee... More

RIght on the waterfront and close to everything. It's really nice but very basic. No wifi if you are not in the main building and even then it's pretty weak. Nice breakfast and a nice big lounge to sit in with wifi. Otherwise just a decent place to lay your head.

The location was spectacular. Right on the water. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate - even honored a harbor cruise for us for free even though the internet deal date had passed. AND we had THREE lobsters for $20 in their restaurant.

The staff, food and location were great! The complementary boat tour around the river was an unexpected surprise. We stayed for a long weekend and the first room had double beds w/o a water view. We upgraded to a room with a king bed and a beautiful view of the water so perfect. At night, the entertainment across the river... More

I had been told recently that Boothbay Harbor should be on my "bucket list". I chose this Inn off the internet and was, for the most part, happy! The room had a stale smell, almost like they cleaned the carpet but didn't rinse it well enough...and the furniture and bedspreads were standard and somewhat outdated. But the staff is friendly... We were vacationing in the White Mountains when the weather turned on us. Overcast and rainy for 2 days. We decided to head over to a sunnier spot. We stumbled upon Boothbay and read reviews about the Boothbay Harbor Inn. We booked a room at midnight the night before and we couldn't be happier with our decision! It was sunny... More

Very cooperative and nice staff, Wonderful atmosphere with fantastic views of Boothbay harbor. Be sure to take a harbor cruise and perhaps some whale watching while you're there. The access is very easy with adequate parking available.

WOW, what a great place. Staff was awesome, room was great and the room was just right. We stayed in room 109, it had great view. And they had a dock for my boat... The room was little dated, but for us it was just a place to sleep. Most of our time was spent outside. Most of the other... More
