We arrived early and Cindy told us our room was not clean but she would get someone on it right away. We went for a ride and decided to park in the hotel lot to walk across the bridge. Cindy came out and told us our room was ready. Such service. Dinner that night in the dining room was a... More

BOOTHBAY HARBOR; Is it a place, a safe haven, a place to be entertained, or a dream? For me, Boothbay Harbor is both an escape and a dream. It is a place of ships, sail, cool breezes and some wonderful places. Our favorite place to stay is the Boothbay Harbor Inn. Now technically, this wonderful Inn is located in Boothbay... More

After reading mixed reviews on-line, I was a little nervous about making reservations for my family for the weekend. I need have had no fear!! Not only were our rooms spotless and fresh, but we were situated just a few hundred feet from the harbor! When we stepped out of our rooms in the morning, we couldn't believe our proximity... More

Great view of the harbor. short and convenient walk across bridge into shopping and eating area. Restaurant is average but pricing is good. Staff in both restaurant and hotel excellent, friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast included with room price-all... More

Harbour views from the large room are great. Easy access to the main harbour area via the footbridge over the water providing more views. Breakfast was good overlooking the harbour unfortunately the restaurant was not open until the week after we were there even though the place was busy due to the Memorial Weekend. Plenty of eating places around though,... More

Great location opposite the main tourist area with easy access via a footbridge that crosses the harbor. Good but tight parking area. Rooms with view have balcony and a great view of the harbor. Restaurant was closed while we were there but also has a nice view. They now serve a hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, sausage. Rooms are... More

Friendly service, comfortable beds except for large lumpy pillows, clean, baseboard heat or wall mounted A/C -- my guess is the a/c unit is about 30 years old. Not extensively needed for the days we were there, but I appreciated the ability to run a fan for white-noise during the night, and I appreciated that the air flow was not... More
