My husband and I stopped here on a last minute trip to Maine. This was one of the only places with a room available that was pet friendly, and the room was very no-frills, but clean enough for me to be comfortable sleeping there. The bathroom was a bit dated, and perhaps the non-pet rooms are a bit nicer, but... More

Took a quick jaunt to Boothbay to see the Christmas lights at the Botanical Gardens and on a whim we decided to spend the night. Flagship Inn was right in town stopped in and promptly had a room. Nice service, continental breakfast hit the spot, room was clean. The Inn is close to shops and just a a short drive... More

This is your typical hotel. No frills but very, very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown. I would recommend it. It was one of the very few hotels open during the month of December in Boothbay Harbor. I would recommend it. Only thing I disliked was the "water saver" on the shower. Not much pressure but certainly adequate water to... More

Our room was quite nice, for a pet friendly room. There were goodies for my pup and a toy which he still carries around with him. The outdoor area was great. The breakfast area was a separate building but not a bad stroll. I found the staff to be very friendly. I would absolutely stay again. I traveled with 2... More

Had a quick trip to Maine and my husband I stayed at the Flapship Inn. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were very nice, updated and close to everything. We highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to the Boothbay area.

This was our final night on our trip to the east coast... good reviews (tripadvisor has not let me down)... family run hotel - yay... NOPE. We were traveling with my parents and sister so everywhere we went we got two rooms. We didn't have problems until Flagship Inn... supposed to be two rooms (same type with 2 beds) next... More

Great value and nice staff. Nice and clean room. Breakfest included and free WiFi. Great little lokal bar next to the Inn, with football on the television. Wonderful little town. I'll definitly be back one day.

We stayed here for a week for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We made our reservation last April for the October stay. Free breakfast provided includes milk, cereal, gravy and biscuits, toast, bagels, pasteries, juice, coffee, tea and more. Very adequate. Room is very clean, new carpets, fresh paint, well maintained property. Close enough to walk to the theater. (about 30... More

This is a place I have stayed several times. The rooms are clean, comfortable and everything works. It's not a luxury property, and not on the ocean, but a good value when staying in Boothbay. There is a nice continental breakfast available (included) and a restaurant/bar that serves good clam chowder, among other things.
