My husband and I just spent 2 nights here. Reasonable rates, clean, well mantained. Across the harbor from downtown, so you have great views of the boats and buildings. Very pretty spot. Rooms are not huge, but they were fine. A short walk over the footbridge to downtown. The footbridge is a nice attraction! We would definately stay here again!

we werent right on the harbor but still had a great view. easy walking distance to town. room was clean and good size. continental breakfast was not anything more than coffee, OJ and donuts, so plan on eating somewhere else.

Office help is wonderful and helpful. If you stay, ask for advice on restaurants. sites, etc. The location is easy walking distance to restaurants via the footbridge and is not far from the Coastal Botanical gardens. We found this Inn to be clean, great location, friendly with very helpful people. The views were beautiful, and sunsets unbelievable. Would recommend the Inn as a great experience for Maine travelers.

we stayed here for three nights in an efficiency unit. I love to cook and it was much cheaper to buy seafood and cook myself. With the views we had it was better than any of the restaurants. My husband and I stayed here from 9/12/12 - 9/17/12. We had a waterfront room (#1) that was amazing. Sunshine, CLEAN (amazingly so), quiet, peaceful. The staff was wonderful. I am usually an insomniac but slept like a baby. The coffeemaker was wonderful to have as was the mini fridge. The location was prime. I had no complaints at all.... More

I agree with easyriderNh. Diane, Marilyn and Sheila were so helpful with my ipad, and they all made sure we enjoyed our visit. They were very knowledgeable about the area and what to see while we were there. This was not our first visit and won't be the last to Cap'n Fish's.
