Last minute reservation made when I realized summer was passing us by - but when I saw the view from the room I knew I had made the right choice. The price was a good bit cheaper than other places next to the boat docks. Yet there was food within walking distance. A footbridge gets you to the town center... More

We booked this hotel last minute and found they had a double bed room with a view!! Rooms are a little small, the sink is right in the bedroom area. Shower with tub and toilet behind closed door. A small area beside the sink for hanging clothes. It's dated but really nice, nothing in disrepair, nothing rusted, no broken handles... More

I stayed here in early August. We did not have reservations and stopped in to see if they had rooms available. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very basic, but comfortable enough and clean. The hotel is close enough to walk into town using the bridge and we walked to dinner the night we were there.... More

We have stayed here several times over the years. The location and views are great. The price is also very competitive. If the lack of a decent continental breakfast and a small TV make a difference, then stay somewhere else.

If you are looking for a hotel with a gorgeous view, within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, all at a great price, this is your place! Rooms are definitely a little dated but clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay! We plan to return soon!

Three words: location location location. Room was clean, water views are super, and waIking across the water bridge to town was great. Friendly staff no problems with any bathroom stuff like other reviewer posted. I would definitely stay there again!!

My wife and I stayed here recently, we paid around $100.00 a night for a room. It was a very small and outdated room with no table and 2 Director chairs instead of a comfortable chair that were very flimsy, While in the shower the water would suddenly stop then come back on nearly scalding me, The toilet when you... Dear Brian C, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am sorry you did not mention your troubles when you stayed in one of our efficiencies. Someone would have certainly come to take a look at it. Since you did not mention your room number, we have checked all three efficiencies and cannot seem to find a... More

First time staying here but I'd definitely consider them again. Rooms were old and drab but comfortable with some updates (flat screen TV, newer mini-fridge, updated bathroom fixtures). I found 1 hair on my pillow upon check in and fingerprints on the windows but otherwise clean. We stayed in the handicap accessible room which is like it's own little cabin... More

Cap n' Fish is in a great spot - located right on the water and close to everything. You can walk to the center of town over the Footbridge, takes about 5 minutes. Rooms are clean & comfortable, views are amazing. Staff are very nice & friendly. There's a restaurant, the Dockside, onsite which is great. And you can't beat... More

Walking distance to town, just across the famous foot bridge. This place is quite reasonable to stay considering you are near EVERYTHING. Just park your car and walk everywhere. The rooms are old but clean and comfortable. You can rent a fridge for just $5 a day and there is a coffee maker and AC in the room. They have... More
