We have been going to Boothbay Harbor for over 20 years. Cap'n Fish's is my favorite place to stay! The view is spectacular and in just a short scenic walk over the footbridge you are in the downtown area with access to restaurants and shopping. There is a great little dockside restaurant on the property.

Whenever we are in the Boothbay area we stay at this hotel. The hotel is across the walking bridge from the hustle of town. The rooms are very clean and the wireless worked perfectly. There is a place for meals near the water. We will be back.

On our recent vacation to Maine we were just lucky enough to come upon Cap's Fish's Waterfront Inn! We loved this place :) It was right on The Bay and the first thing we heard in the morning was seagulls! It was great! A footbridge 5 minutes away took you right into the town of Boothbay. Lots of restaurants within... More

I love Maine. I have gone to Maine every year since the early 1990's most of the times we would rent a house since there were 4 or 5 people. A few times we came to Maine on senior bus trips and we always stayed at CAPn FISH'S WATERFRONT INN. As we get older things slow down. I haven't been... More

I just left Cap'n Fish's and had a wonderful stay. The room was a bit outdated but the only thing I cared about was that it was clean and had a super clean bathroom. My room was a bit dark though because I was in a pet friendly room near the back. The only thing I was wondering about was... More

Family of 5 in an efficiency room. It is an older styled place but we slept well and plenty of room for all to have own bed with pull out couch and roll away. Staff helpful and accommodating. Second time staying here - 2 or 3 years ago and we had basic room which was a little tight for our... More

Last minute reservation made when I realized summer was passing us by - but when I saw the view from the room I knew I had made the right choice. The price was a good bit cheaper than other places next to the boat docks. Yet there was food within walking distance. A footbridge gets you to the town center... More

We booked this hotel last minute and found they had a double bed room with a view!! Rooms are a little small, the sink is right in the bedroom area. Shower with tub and toilet behind closed door. A small area beside the sink for hanging clothes. It's dated but really nice, nothing in disrepair, nothing rusted, no broken handles... More

I stayed here in early August. We did not have reservations and stopped in to see if they had rooms available. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very basic, but comfortable enough and clean. The hotel is close enough to walk into town using the bridge and we walked to dinner the night we were there.... More

We have stayed here several times over the years. The location and views are great. The price is also very competitive. If the lack of a decent continental breakfast and a small TV make a difference, then stay somewhere else.
