The Kenniston Hill B&B in Boothbay was the best B&B experience we have had. Diane, the innkeeper, was fun and engaging. It was like staying with your favorite aunt for the weekend. The room was clean and well apointed with a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic every morning. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and well maintained. All of... more

We booked fairly last minute for our first trip to this area. After speaking on the phone to the owner several times and checking the Trip Advisor reviews we were looking forward to our 2-night stay. The temperature that week was well into the 90's and sunny but we had been assured we would be in an air-conditioned room. When... more

The guest rooms in my Inn that have air conditioning are turned on 3 hrs. prior to guest check in and adjustments for colder air is controlled by the guests. Although in a 223 yr. old inn, there is great Maine air though out the common areas. During a short period this summer we had unusual humid conditions, but my...

Dianne the owner and hostess is a graciou, warm and friendly woman. She went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. At the end of our visit my wife and I felt like we made a new friend. She makes a great breakfast as well: fruit stuffed french toast, blueberry pancakes with sausage, omelets... more

Have stayed and many bed and breakfast establishments and no one accomodates us like Dianne. Fireplace in the room; coffee, snacks, ice, at the ready. Fabulous, sumptuous breakfasts. Cozy as if being wrapped in a favorite quilt. The warmest, friendliest ambiance ever. more

The Kenniston Hill Inn is a beautiful building and a wonderful environment to celebrate any occasion. The room was beautiful with a working fire place and a beautiful view of the grounds. It was like a step back in time, the common area was filled with antiques and relics of a past era. What made the stay absolutely perfect was... more

While the Kenniston Hill Inn B&B is a great B&B, what really makes this a standout B&B is the innkeeper, Dianne Ward. She is the most charming innkeeper ever who takes great pride in her inn and the Bootbay Maine area. more

We had a fantastic time even though we live relatively close by. It was truly a weekend getaway. We absolutely loved Diane's hospitality and the honeymoon suite and of course the complimentary champagne! I would highly recommend a stay at the Inn! Thanks Diane! more

Rich and I had an amazing stay at Kenniston and thourougly enjoyed our innkeeper Diane. Our room was so comfy and clean and offered Wifi and a t.v secretly hidden behind a beautiful armoire. The grounds of the inn were so pretty as they were decked out in the blazing colors of Autumn. There were so many great touches that... more

The very comfortable room was spotless, and the bed was so amazingly comfortable. The very friendly owner, Diane, went out of her way to make sure I had a calm refuge for my hectic weekend. I would and do and will recommend this Inn to anyone. And her Pear-stuffed French Toast was the BEST. more

We came for one night and had a wonderful time. We were truly treated like family (including sent on an outing with Diane's relatives). Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was great! The house is beautiful and sitting on the big front porch enjoying homemade brownies in the evening was very relaxing. We will certainly... more
