We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Blue Hill this Autumn. The B & B owner was entertaining, informative & cooked us 2 delicious breakfasts, plus she is a dog lover. What more could you ask for? The beautiful, peaceful cove alternated between mysterious fog to sparkling sunshine ; the view filled our bedroom window which made it very hard to... more

My husband and I found this place a few years ago, and have visited there pretty much every summer for the past 5-6 years (and we're going back again this summer). The rooms are always clean, and Beverly, the innkeeper, makes great breakfasts and is very welcoming. True, the lighthouse isn't a "real" lighthouse, but the views of the cove... more

The water was hot, the room clean. the view was good. But, if you are looking for a real light house stay, go someplace else. The "lighthouse" is built onto a private home. The turret is little more than an upside down ice cream cone hooked to the house with a hundred watt bulb in the "dome". We were very... more
