This motel is a nightmare. The rooms are dirty, musty and smell like smoke. There seems to be many live in residents who are rowdy and shady. There was screaming and fighting all hours of the night and a ton of traffic with people (non-customers) in and out.

Rode in on Motorcycles for a two day stay. It is not the Ritz Carlton but it served the purpose and the location was perfect. It is a bit outdated but it was clean and well taken care of. Since the motel sits back off the road a bit, it was quiet at night. There are plenty of stores within... More

Clean room, comfy bed, exceptionally cold a/c! Good room for the money, near everything I wanted to go to. Fridge in room was a bonus. No phone in the room though - surprising. Pool looked clean and refreshing, but I did not go in. Coffee and donuts in lobby in the morning.

Bed. Bugs. We stayed in room 10 for 1 week in April, as we were waiting to move into our new place. I was not expecting the Ritz, and was diligent in my effort to check the room for pests when we first arrived. Toward the end of the week, I woke up one morning COVERED in bites. I managed... More

This was a fabulous find, a little roadside motel with an outdoor pool that looked like it was straight out of the 70's. Not only that, but the insides were updated to high def television and air conditioners. It was spotless. The beds were comfy. The pool was clean and refreshing. We had a mini fridge and lots of room... More

This is exactly the type of hotel my family used to stay at in the 80s when I was a child and we would go on New England road trips. It is your basic roadside motel with a beautiful outdoor pool and great charm. The rooms were clean as a whistle and wee updated nicely with fresh carpets and flooring... More

We have Stayed at sleepy hollow a hand full of times. This was the last time and final time. Rooms reek of smoke, non smoking rooms! Carpets are musty, air conditioner sub pare. Watched house keeping clean a room that was vacated that morning in 7 minutes. Didn't change bedding! The customer service was terrible. Everything you asked the male... More

Been staying here since the end of March. We are in the middle stage of moving. The room is immaculate. It is bright and comfortable. No problems getting anything you need. Staff is pleasant. Just wish the owner would talk more. He's right to the point. I did notice a recent review that said the room was $200. I paid... More

I stayed here during the middle of a move, and was very happy that the price was only 200 for the week. The owner is friendly, but very cut & dry. Nothing wrong with that! Extremely quiet, convenient, with Hannaford right behind it, fast foods, shopping districts, all you could need a rocks throw away! It's winter, so no pool.... More

Right off the bat my non smoker room reeks of smoke, the a/c is weak, the bathroom window is stuck open, and the bathroom door won't shut, the freezer door in the mini fridge is broken so our freezer packs won't re-freeze. Went to the beach only to come back to no power, no phone, nobody on duty and nobody... More
