Room clean and large. Wireless internet readily available and free.Check-in easy but not particularly welcoming. Best Value Inns advertise brakfast as available in their brochure but not available in hotel. Great value and reasonable place. OUr only reservation was that we got a smoking room, rather than Non-S. With most rooms, we pre-paid and specified Non Smoking. Here, we had not done so, apparently, and they had none left. Otherwise, convenient and good rooms more

We gave this review above average because for the price of a nights stay compared to the others hotels it was better than expected. We stayed at this hotel while visiting our daughter that attend college in Biddeford. The rooms were clean and freshly painted. more
