We were able to book this hotel at the last minute through Sunday River's Ski & Stay special. Our hotel room and lift tickets were included and we perceived tremendous value out of this deal. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and provided our lift tickets at check in. The hotel room was a little small, especially with our... more

Great ski/snowboarding vacation. The Snow Cap Inn is across the street from one a Sunday River's 8 peaks. Once you arrive, you can park your car and not have to drive again until you leave. Shuttles take you to and from the mountain. They also take you to the nearby restaurants and bars. Rooms are nice and cozy for the... more

Me and my school were on a ski trip and stayed at this hotel. Before I came to the Snow Cap Inn i read the reviews on the hotel and they were all negative, so i was expecting to arrive at a nasty hotel. I was suprised at how nice it was when i arrived. It weren't that bad at... more

We booked as last minute as one can for a place at Sunday River. We chose the Snow Cap Inn for price and location. The highlights of our 2 nights there were the fresh baked cookies at 4 and the friendly front-desk staff who made sure that we had good recommendations for dinner and the trails we wanted to hit.... more

I wasn't overly impressed with the snow cap inn, but I wasn't exactly dissapointed with it either. My girlfriend and I decided to book a ski-and-stay package through Sunday river, and the Snow Cap Inn was the most affordable option we had. The snowcap isn't directly on the slopes of Sunday River, but it is practically across the street. There... more

I stay there twice a year when I go skiing in Sunday River. You have to call to reserve, the website is inacurate and always trying to charge you more etc... The rooms are aging and loud (AC, people leaving in the am etc..). I like the fireplace on both levels, with the complementary tea and hot chocolate in the... more

Horrible hotel, way over priced. The room smelled like a toilet, the heater was broken, television was antique. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. more

It was actually cheaper to book over the phone than booking at the website. We had to book an additional night because we had originally booked 1 night and 2 days, but needed to arrive the prior night because a snow storm was coming. However, there was supposed to be 1 breakfast and 1 dinner that we would supposed to... more

We stayed at the Snow Cap Inn for four days. For what we needed it for it was good, a place to sleep and shower. We stayed in a room facing the rear parking area and it was very noisy at night with buses pulling in and out. Also, the heater in the room was missing the front panel, so... more

The only complaint I have is that the Continental Breakfast was FIVE dollars! A ripoff for what they offered for that much Come on guys... more
