The Chapman Inn is a very inviting, warm and friendly place to stay. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. The shower has very hot water. Breakfast is very tasty and filling. I liked the blueberry pancakes, eggs, toast, coffee, juice and cereal! It is convenient to Sunday River skiing and to a variety of interesting restaurants. It is a... More

We stayed two nights in rm 1. Bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the room was a pleasant temperature and not the usual stuffy hot atmosphere we find in hotels. The decor and furnishings are in keeping with the age of the inn and create a homely feel. Owner and housekeeper very friendly and welcoming.... More

We stayed three nights at this inn, and we felt very relaxed and at home the entire time. We came and went as we pleased, and we were very happy to be able to have our dog, Andy, welcomed as well. Sandy is a sweetheart, and hits just the right note when it comes to being helpful, friendly and accommodating.... More

After skiing for 3 days with the family in absolutely frigid conditions, this was a warm and cozy place to unwind and get ready for our trip home. Sandra, the hostess, was delightful and we absolutely loved Mike. We highly recommend this B&B.

Loved this place . I was in the dorm and parents in the house , so worked out well price wise. Probably the best breakfast I had anywhere in the B&Bs I stayed in. Great communal areas and lovely porch with rocking chairs!

The Chapman Inn is a great B&B located just across town square from the Bethel Inn. Its best feature may be Sandra (or Sandy) the friendly, gracious, helpful, and welcoming hostess. The breakfasts were outstanding; featuring, while we were there in late December, raspberries (previously frozen), fresh cantaloupe & honeydew melon, homemade muffins and bread, pancakes or french toast, scrambled... The Chapman Inn has everything you need for a B&B. It is centric, clean, administered by a wonderful and polite family, appropriate price, cosy atmosphere... and yes a fantastic homemade style breakfast (ask for the blueberry pancakes). My wife and I stayed there for a foliage weekend and was a great experience.

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight stay and loved it. The inn is very homey and cozy. We loved our room and enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Our only complaint was that the pillow on my husband's side was very flat and needed to be replaced. The owners were vey nice and made you feel welcomed.

We have been staying at the Chapman Inn for about 6 years and have found it to be the best value around. It has incredible character, a wonderful sense of community and an unbeatable breakfast. Sandy and Fred are always helpful and friendly. The Inn has the same feel as the town of Bethel. Old New England, comfortable, full of... More

We chose this inn because of its close location to New Hampshire and the White Mountains. We were traveling from Maine and wanted a place to stay the night before heading out in the morning. We stayed in Room #3, which was a corner room facing the front and side of the inn. The room was very spacious and clean.... More
