We stayed at and would recommend a 2-bedroom condo in Brookside over the Christmas holidays. Pros: We had a fantastic mountain view, plenty of hot water during shower time, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen, great heating system, clean and plenty of towels. Our unit was warm and quiet enough to our liking. Housekeeping visited every morning with fresh towels. It looked like... More

Hi there. These condos are fine for the money but the uninitiated need to be aware of a few things: 1 - These are *not* ski-in/ski-out condos. You need to schlep your gear about 100 yards from the front door, down a set of possibly snowy/icy stairs, across a parking lot and up a slightly graded snow trail to the... More

Let me preface this by saying our family has been spoiled by nice (more expensive) condo rentals at Jay Peak. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful, Brookside could be the ticket for you. Ski in/ski out at Brookside means schlepping your equipment across the parking lot to a flat trail. We prefer to throw our skis on outside... More

This was our first time at the Brookside condos. We stayed in Unit 111 that faced the roadway. It's a pretty basic 1 bedroom condo with a King sized bed in the bottom room and a pull out couch. There were only 2 of us so we used the bed which was very firm and comfy. The layout of the... More

Our party of six stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments and the accomodations met our needs. In some ways, the condo was very convenient, and it other ways it was lacking. Pluses: +Very close to the main lodge. I don't recommend walking over in ski boots (so uncomfortable) but it's definitely like a 5min. walk in normal footwear. As... More

We went to Sunday River for NYE and we stayed at the Brookside Condo's with another couple. The condo was very clean and even had a fireplace (only a select few have this). The bedrooms were big and there was enough room for us and our ski luggage. They had locked available where you could lock up your ski and... More

Reasonably priced option for ski-in, ski-out accommodation at Sunday River. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which had a great view of the mountain and was nicely decorated. (Our friends though had a room at the back of the building with no view and more basic decor, so realize when booking that they are individually owner owned units and so... More

These condos are in a great location -- ski in/out and walking distance to restaurants. Large outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna included. There are studios, one and two bedroom units. Many owners also use the units when they are not being rented and these are generally very nicely decorated. Others are meant primarly to rent so are more basic.

Our family of 4 recently travelled from Canada to Sunday River and stayed at Brookside Condos. We found the entire experiance very overpriced and disappointing. Our condo was old, musty, leaky toilet, a bathroom the size of a broom closet- pool was dirty, hot tub was cold- need I say more? At $330 US per night, we expected much much... More
