We stayed the end of August for a few days in this very quiet little resort. The resort was slightly dated--I would have preferred the living room seating to be a bit more comfortable than a futon. I simply loved the saline heated pool which I made sure to visit every night while the rest in my group sat in... More

This was a very relaxing vacation!Great area close to shopping in North Conway and a large assortment of restaurants! The only down side was the lack of a dishwasher in the unit! Our favorite restaurant was The Rooster it had everything you would want in a cosy atmosphere as well as a sports bar upstairs to take in the current football and... We stayed for a week, we enjoyed our time. Our family enjoyed hiking and trails near the area. The gem mining was lots of fun! The staff was friendly. We needed the air conditioner replaced. The pool was good. However, the hot tub should be upgraded. The rooms need to be updated.

Bethel is sparse on hotels, so I guess this place figured no matter what they would get customers. Understand we have traveled a lot and stayed in some slim shady spots in a pinch. I do not require silk sheets or rain shower heads, and try hard to find a positive wherever I end up. This place is just BAD.... More

Some relatives booked this thru their time share program and asked us to go along. It was very spartan and plain. I guess if you are a group looking for a place to crash while skiing, it would be acceptable but it is definitely not what I would call a resort-quality property. As for the view, if you got a... I stayed at River View in August. The suite was adequate. There was a large dining/living/kitchen area. The furniture was serviceable, but dated. The kitchen was equipped with some dishes, silverware, and pots and pans, but just the basics. There were 2 grills on site to be shared with other guests, but both were pretty dirty. The bathroom was adequate... More

My friend booked us at the RVR for our golf trip to Sunday River. We were basically rolling in during the early evening, sleeping 8 hours and rolling out first thing in the morning. Our room was old, but clean. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms. Mine had 2 twin beds and his a full sized. I imagine the... More

We stayed for the weekend, about 20 of us rented 5 rooms. The rooms were huge, more like an apartment. Each had 2 bedrooms one with a Queen, the other with 2 twins and a cot. The living area had a couch (that pulled out to a bed) and a chair, and the dining area had a table with enough... More

Hi, This is not a resort really and the price reflects that correctly. All facilities listed do exist on site, but extremely basic and DIY looking. The rooms are motel style with door opening to outside, so there is a cold draft in the living/dining area. The sleeping sofa in the living area is not really usable for an adults... More
