We love staying here when we visit Sunday River. The accommodation is great and really functional for a ski trip. The renovations that took place last year have worked really well and it looks great. Camp restaurant is fantastic and looks great. It is a little expensive but it's understandable with the seasonality of the place... The ski in ski... More

Our accommodations were clean and very pleasant and the staff were very helpful and cheery. Our room featured a Murphy bed, fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, TV, coffee maker, dishes etc and a dishwasher [!!]. A nice small balcony for evening drinks. The pool, spa, exercise room and hiking trails are very good. The restaurant is called Camp and it's... More

We had to go to a wedding at Sunday River and stayed overnight at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with a terrific view. Although the resort building is large, the service was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. Paint and decorations were well done and seemed to be fairly... More

We were there for one night last weekend. This hotel does all of the important things right: it was clean, beds were comfortable, checkin was smooth and has a good location for skiers. It is, however, tired looking. The upper deck and front needed painting, looking a couple of years over due. Our balcony, though nice, had no furniture and... More

This hotel is quite old and in need of a modern face-lift. Actually a bit run down and You should avoid it if you can. That being said, there are not a lot of choices in the area. I must also admit that the bed was quite comfortable. Convenient Parking is also lacking.

Room was clean and basic. Disappointed there was no comfortable chair, just two desk chairs. We had a basic room, no refrig or microwave, so perhaps bigger rooms have better seating. Had to call the desk twice about the heating system not working. Staff was helpful and cheerful. We used two tablets on the hotel wi-fi system, and both tablets... More

Being my first snow holiday I wasnt sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with Sunday River. Our holiday had included accommodation plus lift passes for our duration and we only had to pay for the hire of my snowboard and boots. The room was clean and comfortable with a handy kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher and fresh coffee... More

We spent two nights here, talking advantage of a great package that included discounted lift tickets and a full breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the room was clean, although they had neglected to pick up somebody else's hair pins on the bathroom floor. This is an ok place to stay if you're getting a discount, but we... More

Decided on a quick getaway at Sunday River Ski Resort. A couple days skiing and a night's stay. I used the resort's website to request a quote and received a quote a day later. The "ski and stay" package would include lift tickets for one day and the night's stay. We'd have to buy a ticket for the other day.... More

We have stayed at the Grand Summit several times for March break skiing. Each time we have been disappointed. This time, the master bedroom thermostat was not working and the heat was unbearable the first night. We reported the problem, maintenance was sent up and advised it was fixed (which it wasn't). I called down again, and they reported the... More
