We stayed at the inn for one night to go shopping the next morning. The location is perfect for shopping. It is directly across the road from the shopping malls. The rooms are a little outdated (the kids were amazed with the blue toilet and tub. They've never seen one before)and ours didn't leave much room to walk around in... More

By no means is this the "Hilton" but this little motel is perfect for location, price, and complimentary breakfast and snacks!!! All shopping is just a throw of a rock away! The FREE complimentary breakfast/snacks is AWSOME, donuts, muffins, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bagels/toast, eggs, coffee/tea, water is FREE can't beat that!!! I've traveled to the USA several times and... More

I have owed this review to Bangor Motor Inn for quite some time. We had business to attend to in Bangor and after reading the negative reviews we were very skeptical to stay here... But after we arrived I realized that the negative reviews had to have been written by some big fancy pants, because we were very pleased with... More

- room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was particularly good, the best I've seen for this kind of motel. And the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. We felt like we were in our grandma's kitchen! - one complaint though; we had been promised a refurbished room and when we arrived to check in we were given... More

I needed to catch a 6:30 flight the next morning and this was the perfect solution with a quiet location away from traffic noise. Their complementary full breakfast buffet didn't officially start until 6:00 but they were accommodating, opening by 5 with plenty to eat. Then a short 5 minute drive to the airport. Nothing fancy but my room was... More

Our family stayed in Bangor for a quick night after a day's drive on our way to Acadia. We chose this hotel because we did not want to spend $200+ at the Marriott--and after reading the TripAdvisor reviews, we chose the Bangor Motor Inn. Yes... the rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and the price is right--and... More

This motel has the absolutely friendliest staff at any motel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with special requests granted when asked. The meet and greet snacks available in the afternoon were fresh and plentiful. Coffee and snacks were in the lobby at all times. Every... More

This is an older hotel with some updates. It's a good place to stay if you are looking for a cheaper alternative. The beds were comfortable. All staff I met were very, very friendly and helpful at all times. Coffee & snacks were available in the lobby all the time. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast room... More

This motel has been here for many years, and we have stayed there many times, including twice this summer. It apparently has new management/owners, and these folks really go out of their way to do whatever needs to be done to make your stay pleasant. They are in the process of remodeling and redecorating, and everything is really nice. They... More

Excellent staff..very friendly, the only thing I disliked was the Futon,it was like sleeping on a bed of logs and we did pay for a Suite...a lot of ants but the guy came and sprayed them and they were gone...excellent breakfast and cooks that cooked what you wanted...will stay there again.
