We were looking for a cheap place to crash for one night. We were traveling with three adults, a child and a dog, so we didn't care if the hotel was out dated or anything, just as long as the rooms were clean. Well, when we first pulled up, all of the staff was sitting right in front of the... more

Just drove straight from SC to Bangor, ME, was very tired, and had a reservation set up at this hotel for 2 nights. Check in staff was cordial, had us to our room within minutes, cozy bed, nice size room for the price. Didn't spend too much time in the room, doing a lot of sightseeing, but perfect for the... more

I have stayed here at least 6 times, and for the price you can't beat it, sure it is not the cleanest place but it has everything you need for a night or two. There is a fridge, air conditioner, TV, and wifi. more

This was our first experience with Motel6 and will without a doubt be our last. We had made reservations for 2 nights but upon check-in were told that we were only booked for one night... not off to a good start. At that time, we hadn't yet seen our room and so were not very pleased. We entered our room... more

Stayed the previous night at the Motel 6 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and had an excellent experience. Very clean and nice, so on the way back to New Brunswick the next day called ahead to the Motel 6 in Bangor and booked a room. Bad idea, the Motel is old and very run down, stairs and hallways need a good... more

We stayed here for a nights rest on the way to Acadia National Park. For a rate of $70 including tax it met our needs. The motel is located just off I-95 and is about a 75 minute drive to Acadia and 5 mintues from downtown Bangor. The room was large with a fairly comfortable bed. The carpet was dirty... more

We stayed here while on our way to New Hampshire from Nova Scotia. It was CHEAP which made me nervous, but once we arrived we found a clean room and quiet. While it did get noisier in the morning as the traffic around the motel picked up, we were leaving early anyways. We usually stay the Super 8, but this... more

This is a fairly old motel 6, the kind where you can park in front of you room. Location is 5 minutes away from downtown Bangor and a minute away from the transportation museum. It's a rectangular building perpendicular to the interstate. We had a room at the back so it was quiet. Carpet was old and stained other than... more
