Well The paint was chipping in the bathroom. The fan was broken and loud. The safety latch on the door torn off. It was clean and the staff tried to keep this old place clean. The Ice Machine was always almost empty and could use a good sanitary cleaning. Our key card didn't work when we got back and had... More

Stayed here after leaving another motel that was worse. Room was a driveup, which is convenient. Booked a King smoking room. Bed was comfy. Sink outside bathroom . Tub unit was filthy ,didn't use it. Free local calls. Room had been repainted as there was paint spattered on the carpet and bathroom floor. Fitted our needs for 1 night but would... More

Room was OK, but front desk was so unpleasant and unhelpful I will never stay here again. Housekeeping also banged on door before checkout, disrupting our packing, making us late, and they wanted to charge us for being a few minutes late??? And we're combative and rude about it. I've never experienced such a thing at a hotel. We stay... More

Was not very pleased with our stay at Travelodge! The shower was disgusting and I would never step foot in it! There was no hair dryer in the room! A pair of socks from previous guests were left at bottom of bed! The air conditioner did not work and it was an extremely hot day and too hot to even... More

Room was absolutely horrible... Dirty bedding, the phone didn't work when I tried to call and complain ended up using my phone to call the front desk! Nasty cigarette butts on the bathroom floor which made me not even want to shower because if they couldn't sweep the floor obviously didn't clean the tub! Our toilet seat wasn't even connected... The place was rundown. The lobby carpets were stained, breakfast was lacking, the apple juice had gnats in it, my room seemed clean but the sheets were stained - good thing I had my own. The place was falling apart. It cost about $80 but it should have been $30. If I wasn't poor and desperate I would have stayed... More

This choice is for people who are so tired, they simply cannot drive any further. Close to the highway, the motel offers the cheapest accomodations in Bangor Maine. Using a walk in coupon from service centers, I paid less here than even hotwire options. The room was acceptable with a mini fridge. The bathroom needs renovation as the fibreglass tub... More
