I travelled to Bangor Maine on Nov 13th with 8 family members-all adults. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights(4 per room) and had made it very clear to the person taking the booking that we would take the 2 rooms with 1 king and 1 sofa bed and that we would require 1 roll away in each room... more

Went on a shopping trip to Bangor with my husband and young daughter. Staff was very friendly, hotel room and bathroom was really large and very clean. In the evening/night, it was very very loud, almost like being in a house and hearing people walk upstairs - it sounded like the people on top of us were stomping around the... more

We stay here quite often when we visit Bangor. We long live 2 hrs north, but travel to Bangor frequently to just get away. On our most recent visits we stayed 2 nights, went home for 2 nights and back again for an additional 2 nights. We were there for my grandmother having surgery nearby. We had a room with... more

The check in staff was very rude, I was booked under the friends and family rate, this girl interrogated me to the point I wanted to turn around and run, believe me I should have! By the time she was done I felt like I was stealing because I had a discount! Forget about asking for anything once you are... more

We follow all Marriott rules regarding Friends and Family rates as well as Associate rates. It is a wonderful privilege for associates and friends and we follow the rules to allow this to continue. Thank you for your understanding.

I was in Bangor to go to a family wedding being held in Ellsworth. We chose this Courtyard because it was close to the highway and an easy commute to Ellsworth. The arrival was terrific with wonderful attention from the front desk as we arrived. We quickly changed and went out again to evening wedding. In the morning, we enjoyed... more

I found the hotel off the beaten path, isolated and dark. The building and room is fine, the location is awful - deserted warehouse next door, on a dead end street. Thank heavens I was given a room on opposite side of I-95 or the trafic noise would have been terrible! The check in staff was quick, efficient and rude... more

We stayed here for two nights - August 20 and 21. We were on the 2nd floor at the back, over looking the pool courtyard. The lobby and check in concept is very cool, the two computers and a computer dedicated to air line boarding passes is a great idea. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub... more

Hotel down a dead end road off main highway. But the hotel is a great find. Had a perfect stay here in every way. Front desk staff was excellent. Room was outstanding. Business center worked well. They even had seperate computer terminal for just printing boarding passes. Quiet. Restaurants close by. Mall on other side of interstate. Would travel to... more
