Very highly recommend. Well equipped clean rooms although a bit small were perfectly adequate . Restaurant and bar top quality. Best hotel breakfast ive ever had. Fantastic enthusiastic staff nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

We were fleeting guests for a wedding (at another venue). Rooms are small but well designed. South Queensferry worth a look round and the bridge is stunning! The hotel arranged a taxi to the wedding venue and collection at 10.30pm. Our taxi arrived at 11.15pm with some story of a local accident where the police had not allowed mobile phones... More

We arrived around 1.30 for lunch and eventually got served main courses at 2.45. 2 of the party ordered fish and chips. The difference in the fish was unbelievable. One was a nice big crispy bit and the other a tiny soggy mess. The rib eye steak was supposed to be medium but was clearly well done. Food was sent... More

I was a guest at a wedding here on the 14th of this month and having never visited the hotel before I was unsure what to expect however, I had only ever heard good things about Orocco Pier as both a hotel and wedding venue and I must admit it completely lived up to these reviews. The venue itself was... More

We had high hopes about this hotel but it was absolutely awful. The rooms are very small but they are nicely presented. However the really appallingly part of the stay was the noise from a wedding party. We heard rows between guests, yelling, whooping and even a guest vomiting. The room had no obvious noise insulation (there was a gap... More

Only stopped for drinks on a late afternoon walk through Queensferry but it was worth it. I had delicious non alcaholic cocktail - the joys of driving! The atmosphere was excellent and its fullness at 4pm showed its popularity with a mixture of ages of families and couples. Stunning views of the Firth of Forth and the World Heritage rail... More

We were married here in May 2015 at quite short notice. Staff were really helpful, they organised table decorations including hundreds of our home made tea lights in jam jars, made fabulous cocktails, the food was amazing and the DJ played all our favourite songs. No hitches and everyone had a great time. The views from the reception room of... More

I stayed there for only one night but I wished it was longer! The room was exceptionally large and extra chic. The bed was comfy and the bathroom is exceptional. The toiletries were from Molton Brown. The dinner I had there was memorable - haven't had such a wonderful meal for a long time. Their breakfast is grand, so be... More

Lovely hotel with great views looking over the Forth Bridges, lovely if you want away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy lovely walks with great scenery. The room was very clean and well laid out. The food in the restraunt was top class and very tasty. Breakfast was plentiful to set you up for the day.

This hotel has a great location in South Queensferry, right between the rail and road bridges across the Forth. They've a huge decking area close to sea level, so the sunsets are very impressive. Room was nice with a comfy bed. Food was pretty good too. Drink somewhat pricey, but overall a nice location.
