The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Our room was not clean. There were red spots on the toilet seat, I don't want to venture a guess as to what they were, and the floor had not been vacuumed in a while. I wore my shoes the entire time after one trek to the bathroom since it... more

We stayed just one night and boy was it a night, not only was the hotel great but my mother won a cool grand at the boats! The service here was great, Grace at the front desk was the best; she made our stay one that I'll remember for a long time. The rooms were clean and the locations was... more

I read the reviews before my visit this past weekend and was extremely worried. When I arrived and checked in I was apprehensive about entering my room. I was impressed. My room was clean, had everything I needed, beautiful view, beds were comfortable.....impressed. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions, and area information. I will... more

This hotel is greatly overpriced for what you get. It is located close to the casino's but that is all that it has going for it. For over $100 a night I would guess that you could stay at the casino's for the same or less. This hotel is dated, dirty and it's location combined with thin walls and windows... more

I don't always believe the reviews that I read but I should have believed the reviews about this hotel. It was truly disgusting from the parking lot on up to the room. Old, dirty, and scummy. I was afraid to walk on the carpet without my shoes. I picked up the comforter with a stick and placed it in the... more

I stayed at this hotel for a family reunion from August 1 - 3. It was just an average hotel. The lobby is the most elegant part of the experience. We booked a non-smoking room, but it was right next to Smoker's alley by the pool, so you had to pass through the smoe odor to get to the room... more

First of all, the other reviews of this hotel are pretty much spot on. The train runs right behind it and you can hear the noise no matter where you are in the hotel. But to add insult to injury, the hotel includes in the rooms a set of ear plugs! Now, for the condition. The lobby is beautiful, but... more

This hotel is located right at the foot of the ramps from I-20. In addition to the interstate, it has a very busy rail line on the north and east sides of the building. The north side of the building is about 50 ft or less from the double tracks. The hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are ok,... more

Stayed two nights with a friend for a girls weekend of shopping and gaming. First time stay at this hotel. When we arrive at 15 minutes prior to check in we were told our room was not yet ready and "will be a little while". When I asked what a little while was I was told "well, check in IS... more
