Make sure you ask for a room that is not facing the Tracks. The Tracks are about 50 ft. away. Yes, the train whistle does blow! It passed about five times during the night. As a priority club member you think they would automatically put you in a decent room. The room was "smelly" not fresh. The room needed updating. more

The hotel sits directly adjacent to two railroad lines. The trains run all day an all night. 'Nuff said. The carpet is dirty and worn, bring slippers. Don't even think about the restaurant. Everything seemed to have a sticky feel to it. Plan ahead, the elevators are slow, slow, slow. The parking lot is almost too small to park. more

After reading some of the reviews prior to our trip, we arrived with trepidation as to what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel lobby was very nice, clean and inviting. Our rooms were on the 5th floor and they too were clean and the decor was updated and inviting. The staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful.... more

After reading the reviews we were expecting the worst. Two couples stayed there Aug 27th and 28th. We had rooms 509 and 529. They were clean, reasonably new carpet and decor, quiet and smoke free as requested. The real plus was the shuttle. We parked the car and left it until we were ready to head home. We went to... more

I will never stay at this Hotel again. First off the offer airport shuttle however the shuttle takes a very long time to come. Checking in seems more like a hassle, like your bothering the Frond Desk staff. The Hotel room smell like mold. Room 339 is right on the corner and very loud all day and night long. I... more

the rooms are overpriced and very dirty. The extra roll of toilet paper in my room looked like it had been peed on!! I took it to the manager and he just gave me another roll--no apology or anything. The lobby was nice at first glance but look close very dirty, crumbs on the floor, spilled toothpicks when we arrived... more

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. As a priority member of Holiday Inn I am seriously thinking about changing to another hotel change after this weekend's stay. Room was very dirty - scum in corner of bathtub, carpet was nasty so had to wear shoes the entire time. Ottoman looked like a throw away piece of furniture - wouldn't dare sit on... more

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Our room was not clean. There were red spots on the toilet seat, I don't want to venture a guess as to what they were, and the floor had not been vacuumed in a while. I wore my shoes the entire time after one trek to the bathroom since it... more

We stayed just one night and boy was it a night, not only was the hotel great but my mother won a cool grand at the boats! The service here was great, Grace at the front desk was the best; she made our stay one that I'll remember for a long time. The rooms were clean and the locations was... more
