This stay was the worst in my life. I just needed a clean hotel with a/c to keep from driving all night with my husband and 2 small kids. We decided to save a few bucks over the Residence Inn that we normally stick to. I checked in around 10pm with tired kids. The room smelled horribly of mildew and... more

I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort that we caused. I realize how frustrating it must be to arrive late at night to a hot room with an unacceptable odor. I have discussed these concerns with housekeeping and they all understand how unacceptable this type of service is. Once again please accept my apologies...

We usually try to stay in inexpensive hotels and don't expect a whole lot out of them. I don't mind run down or not the latest decor, but I do mind dirty. I read the poor reviews, but we were so dog tired and had just gotten un-lost and another hotel was sold out so stayed here. It was dirty.... more

I booked rooms at this hotel in March while traveling with my students. The housekeepers steal, front desk seemed unconcerned by theft. Also, failed to replinish towels. more

The room was supposed to be non smoking. When we got to the room it was horrible!!!! It smelled of smoke and had a bug running across the table that the TV was on. Then they gave us another room. This one was musty smelling, had a broken hot water handle on the sink. The bathtub was terribly chipped and... more

I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and discomfort that we caused. I realize how frustrating it must be to enter a room that is in need of repairs, which have been completed. We also realize that we do have issues with odors and are active in trying to resolve this issue. We have also repainted...

Evacuated for Gustav - booked two rooms- one room had NO a/c in spite of 7 attempts to repair - we all had to squash into one room. I realize the hotel is not responsible for the behavior of its guests, but no attempts were made to stop guests congregating into the small hours of the morning - some were... more

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was a little leery-However, I was Wowed when I arrived-This place has spent a ton of money-New Rooms, New exterior-Practically a new hotel. The service was great, the price was right and overall by far the best value I have found in Shreveport-I will be back! more

I wouldn't rate my stay as terrible, but... The room was ok, the breakfast was pretty decent. The problem is that the building is a disaster. The rooms are not Days Inn quality. Yes the price was almost the cheapest I have ever paid for a room with it being under $40. You do get what you pay for. more

I was going to Shreveport to help my mom celebrate her birthday. I was told check in time was 3:00 pm and check out time was 11:00 am. Upon getting there, I was greatful the manager and staff worked hard to find us a room and the best part it was on the first floor. When I got the room,... more

Bad.... The room was filthy. The hotel is run down. There was a half inch crack at the base of the door to our room. Probably due to foundation problems. You could visibly see sags in the building. Good... We chose it based on price. It wasn't worth it. more
