Easy place to be! Tiny little cabin that is just fun. Proprietors extremely easy to work with - had a problem with hot water, so they just opened an unoccuppied cabin so I could get hot water to wash my hair:-) The bed was comfy, and ambiance was great. Had live music from the cafe wafting through the evening air,... More

I requested a 2 bedroom cottage for my adult daughters and I and received an entire house for a very reasonable price. I was sold on 3-V after seeing pictures on the internet. When we pulled up to what was our cottage it was love at first sight. It is very rustic in the old timey Louisiana style with a... More

We have decided to try one "classical" motel as part of our road trip in the Deep South and we had a very authentic experience. The rooms have got nothing special and comfort is correct but still very clean. The fact these are more wooden cabins make the experience really authentic. The best reason why we have enjoyed our stay... More

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay here. It's a fun place to stay if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary. Only negative was cramped bathroom/shower. Loved the town. Loved Magnolia Cafe.

Good Points: Unique! Within walking distance of great food. Cute little rooms with great bedding and linens, thick fluffy towels. Read the other reviews, I concur with most. We enjoyed our 1-night stay very much and would have stayed another night if we had needed to. The drawbacks: No in-room coffee. But the great restaurant next door (they apparently are... More

My wife and I had a nice 3 day weekend away from New Orleans, and I chose 3V Tourist Court. First, this place is a hidden gem, and as much as I would like to keep it that way I have to let you in on it. Kevin, does an AMAZING job of keeping the place neat, tidy, and in... More

My fiance and I stayed 5 nights in a 3V room. Basics: These are small one room "houses" each set apart in a row. There is a small kitchen area, and a separate bathroom. Pluses: -The best night's sleep we have ever had. I had to ask the manager where he got the mattress and sheets. It was an amazing... More

I visit St. Francisville every 6 months and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. These restored cabins from the 1930’ allow you to experience a little bit of history, a little bit of the local culture and some warm southern hospitality. These small cabins with carports are nestled in a courtyard away from the highway. They are not cookie-cutter motel rooms.... More
