This is my second stay at this property. Each day housekeeping removed the dirty/used items, but they never replaced what they removed. By the end of the week, I only had 2 towels, no cups and no condiments. The trash cans weren't completely emptied. Also, there were no extra blankets for the bed. Hotel was nice enough but for some reason the water temperature in the shower could not be made hotter than lukewarm. Nothing could make it any warmer. Really wrecked the trip since we had to leave without showering. If we were ever in Ruston again we'd have to stay anywhere else.

Hotel was nice enough with free breakfast buffet, lots of hot water and water pressure in the shower, mini-fridge, microwave, fast and easy wireless connection, and just across the interstate from several restaurants for convenience. I had to move 4 times to get into a room that was "clean" and it smelled like summer camp. Damp dirty and creepy. Not to mention that my room was on the exit ramp on I 20. Very noisy. Not a good experience. There is a H I Express next door. Next time......
