I was in town visiting one of the Federal prisons in the area on business and chose this hotel because of their points program and of course the other experience I have with the chain... I called and got directions from the airport and the young lady at the counter gave them to me easily... then when I went out... more

I stayed here during a 3-week training, having never been to Pineville/Alexandria before. There are several "not-so-great" parts of town, with many hotels in the area being run-down and experiencing problems with prostitution. The Country Inn & Suites was a welcome exception, with new rooms, friendly staff & clientele, and nightly security at the entrance and parking lot. I stayed... more

I needed to attend a meeting at this hotel and the room was reserved for me through my organization. I had never been to Pineville and was a little worried about how nice a hotel there would be.
