I attended a business conference at Northwestern State University and brought my wife with me. After doing some research of Bed and Breakfasts online, I found Fleur de Lis which was cheaper than some of the nicer hotels in the area. At first I was skeptical because of the low price and it did not have any recent reviews. I... More

My husband and I went to Natchitoches for a 3 day getaway, and loved Fleur de Lis! It was if we stepped back in time. Very quiet, but within walking distance to town. Tom is the perfect host. Breakfast was delicious all 3 mornings. His knowledge of the area was helpful and entertaining!

Need new towels and hand towels.only soap was dial liquid . Pleas make sure French toast is done. We had a large roach in bathroom.may need to spray for bugs. I enjoyed walking downtown from the house, I really just think we don't care for old B& Bs anymore.

Tom Palmer Bed & Breakfast is just lovely. This big victorian house located in the historical district of Natchitoches and near the river offers a great service and takes you back to time, thanks to the lovely furnitures, decoration and antiques present in the home. Tom's breakfast is also a piece of art, especially his French toast. Thanks to Tom... More

The times we have stayed at Fleur de Lis B&B have been the most relaxing, comfortable retreats we've ever experienced at a B&B. The wonderful vicorian house chocked full of antiques and memorabilia will captivate your imagination of times long ago, but yet, you have all the comforts of large beatifiully decorated rooms complete with baths and lovely areas of... I have stayed at the Fleur De Lil numerous times over the past ten years and it never fails to meet all my expectations. As always, Tom Palmer provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the Fleur De Lil is truely a treasure. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful and the rooms are spacious and quiet. I'll be back soon.

After visiting Natchitoches on several occasions & this being our last visit, we were disappointed in the accommodations. The back yard & driveway of the home was filled with old cars, boat & junk. Kinda like Sanford & Son...it was an eyesore. Breakfast was extremely lack luster. We were served microwaved french toast, microwaved ham pieces & an mixture of... More

From the moment you cross the threshold of this lovely historic home, you will feel as though you've stepped into the past. Unlike many darker, somewhat heavy-feeling Victorian era homes, this one is light, airy and utterly charming. The wood filigree style detailing is some of the most breathtaking you'll ever see. Graceful, welcoming and beautifully decorated, the main house... More

This was our first visit to the Fleur de Lis. The Palmer's are very gracious and informative hosts. The moment we walked into there home we felt warm and welcoming. Home is a historical treasure, including the wonderful porch & gardens. The woodwork is beautifully detailed and the antiques are beautiful treasures. We stayed in the main house in which... More

We have visited the Fleur de Lis several times. The "Main House" has beautiful woodwork and is decorated with wonderful antiques. The staircase alone is worth going to see! We stayed at the cottage next door, also owned by the Fleur de Lis. It accomodates a big family or group that wants to stay together and cook some of their... More
