My husband had business meetings in Morgan City so I planned to spend a couple of days on my computer in the hotel. I was not expecting much in the way of accomodations, but the La Quinta was a nice surprise. The room was large with relcliner, large desk, fridge, microwave, and king bed with nice linens and down comforter, nicely decorated. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was included, with make-your-own waffles. Staff was helpful and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel included free wireless. more
