The room was cheap, $52 I think and it was renovated. However, as I turned to drive to the room (old fashioned outside door to parking lot type), there were guys sitting in chairs on the 2nd floor balcony perusing arrivals/departures, another balcony was loaded with old televisions, and just outside the parking lot in a field that apparently belonged... Driving thru on I 20 and just needed to sleep. We used to stay at Motel 6 all the time for dog shows, but it had been several years since we tried one. We were headed for the Hampton Inn next door and figured what the heck, 1/3 the price and we were only stopping for 9 hours. Super nice... More

I booked this hotel for 3 days, but checked out after 1 night. Staff was very friendly and efficient, but the experience was horrible. First when we got there, the looks were like a hook we hotel. A woman who was wearing a see through dress with no underwear just hanging out front. Then we rented a non smoking room,... More

We arrived in monroe late and we didn't know where the best hotel was. My aunt decided on this because of the price. Should have known something by the cop sitting in the parking lot! The girl behind the desk was very eager to check us in. We got our room key and proceeded to our room. It was suppose... More

First room was filthy but we got in late just after midnight and our fatigue overcame the desire to ask for another room. Carpet was very dirty with a lot of grunge and wet in some spots. It had that smell of dank humidity you find every once in a while when staying in a poorly maintained hotel room on... More

Just a average Motel 6, I had no issues here for the price I paid a $43.00 it was an area again would most likely stay here again for the price. Carpet look like it needed to be cleaned. Front desk staff was very friendly. I did receive a smoking room and it did reek of cigarette smoke and I'm... More

This motel is in urgent need of help! It could possibly be the worst Motel 6 we have ever stayed at. First of all, we requested a no-smoking room, however, the room reeked of cigarettes. One of the towels had not been changed, but was obviously used as it was still wet and had a yellowish tint to it. The... More
