From the moment we set foot in this hotel we knew we had made a big mistake. Hotel smelled like a dead body. First room they put us in smelled so bad from cigarette smoke that they put us in another room. There was not water in the pool. There was no air conditioning in hallways. There were No Eggs... More

I was at this location the end of July with corp. lodging. When I booked through the corp. website they didn't even tell me pool and hot tub was closed due to remodel. When I arrived because I wasn't informed of the issue I was very angry. They didn't have any sockets on their lamps to plug in your gadgets.... More

My husband and I needed a quick stop on our way from Atlanta to Dallas. We wanted a clean room in a good neighborhood. Yes, this property needs some updating, but our room was clean and we got it at a reasonable price on Priceline. The breakfast was just okay and was free. We didn't have a lot of interaction... More

I never even checked in. I left. It smelled weird. Felt damp. Desk clerk was nice but kept checking his cell phone. I felt it was overpriced at $89 on a Tuesday night. An $8.95/person over 2 for breakfast buffet .

This place is dirty and dated. The color of the water in the pool was a strange yellow/green. Ick!! The restaurant wasn't open. The A/C doesn't work well. My first room felt like an oven. The second room wasn't much better. To make matters worse, the compressor would make a loud rumbling noise every 10 minutes so it was impossible... More

I give this hotel an average rating, although, for me and my husband it was fine. The room was clean, large and comfortable, which is what we care about. The front desk, housekeeping and other staff are outstanding. Very friendly and wanting to please. The average to poor rating is for those that are looking for more. The outside pool... More

Do not stay at this hotel! It's 100 humid degrees out and not much cooler inside, many of the rooms have AC that is not working, the pool is GREEN, the vending machines are empty, the bar is closed and nothing within walking distance. The only good thing was the poor guy working the desk by himself when the convention... More

Don't know if they give "special" bad rooms to priceline people but that is what we got. Everything is outdated. Musty smell room and we weren't opening to the pool area. Hallway doors that used to get in by hotel key broken and duck taped. And then our air never real got less than 78. TV was going out. Everything... More

Due to an overbooking of a previously arranged large conference room at a nearby (unnamed) hotel and conference center in Monroe, Louisiana, we found ourselves scrambling to find meeting space and meal catering for nearly forty client participants. However, once we made contact with Stacy Yost, Executive Meeting Manager at the Clarion Inn & Suites and Conference Center in Monroe,... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms where a little out dated but clean enough to get a nights rest. One of the exterior doors to the hotel wasn't working which made for an longer, late night, journey to my room. Also, they do not have a elevator for 2nd floor rooms. The breakfast was decent. They have... More
