Do not stay at this hotel! It's 100 humid degrees out and not much cooler inside, many of the rooms have AC that is not working, the pool is GREEN, the vending machines are empty, the bar is closed and nothing within walking distance. The only good thing was the poor guy working the desk by himself when the convention... More

Don't know if they give "special" bad rooms to priceline people but that is what we got. Everything is outdated. Musty smell room and we weren't opening to the pool area. Hallway doors that used to get in by hotel key broken and duck taped. And then our air never real got less than 78. TV was going out. Everything... More

Due to an overbooking of a previously arranged large conference room at a nearby (unnamed) hotel and conference center in Monroe, Louisiana, we found ourselves scrambling to find meeting space and meal catering for nearly forty client participants. However, once we made contact with Stacy Yost, Executive Meeting Manager at the Clarion Inn & Suites and Conference Center in Monroe,... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms where a little out dated but clean enough to get a nights rest. One of the exterior doors to the hotel wasn't working which made for an longer, late night, journey to my room. Also, they do not have a elevator for 2nd floor rooms. The breakfast was decent. They have... More

I attended a convention at this hotel the weekend of April 25-27. I must say they went out of their way to be accommodating and flexible with the last minute changes we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and were always close at hand but not intrusive. The rooms were what was expected. I traveled with two teenage girls... More

The entire Hotel staff was excellent. Including the housekeepers, chefs, food servers, maintenance workers, equipment personnel, front desk assistants, meeting manager and banquet manager. A sincere appreciation for Stacy, Damon and Theresa.

Traveling through this place has easy access to the interstate. Easy friendly check in and helpful staff when asking about local places. The rooms where a little out dated but seemed clean enough. The breakfast was good with helpful staff and a good selection of food, both hot and cold items were available. If traveling with children they have a... More

This is definitely a MOTEL! Stayed here just for the morning during a road trip with my girls. The floors were dirty and the door was damaged and looked as though someone had unsuccessfully attempted to break into the place. The pillows inside of the pillowcases were stained with "something". Overall, this place just made me itch. The only saving... More

Our stay started off rocky. When I called the chain reservation number, I specifically asked about the pool and was told the indoor pool was working. The pool was freezing and looked like the pump had not circulated in weeks. The water was turning green. At least the hot tub is large and was working. We expected to find towels... More

We had a little hiccup with check in but the two Guest Service Reps, David and Pam ,were very helpful and welcoming after a 5 hour drive. Even with internet issues and a lobby full of people they stayed calm and professional. Wonderful staff!!! Thank you guys.
