Reading other reviews, I have to agree that this inn was a disappointment. From the outside it looks clean and well maintained. Inside is a different matter. Yes, the room was large, but the bathroom was mean and the towels were like sandpaper. Everything looked tired and dirty. No in-room coffee (which is almost a given these days) and the... More

I have stayed in the Exacta a few times. I've had a couple of frustrated stays, but nothing really bad. Yes, the rooms can smell a little bit if it's been humid and the air hasn't been on, especially. That's partly compliments of Louisiana humidity. The rooms aren't perfect, but they are a LOT cleaner than some of the motels... More

I arrived around 2-3 am and checked out at 8 am. The room floors including the carpet was damp and sticky when you walked on it. The room smelled like mold and like a sweaty persons body odor. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows smelled old and sweaty. to top it all off and what got me was... More

Worst hotel ever!!!!!!! Dirty water coming out of the faucets. The bath tub stopped up. My fiance and I checked out after one night. Phone for the room didn't work. Some of the lamps needed light bulbs.

Thanks to Elton John, we couldn't get a room in Shreveport. All of the hotels were full. So we traveled farther and found the EVICTA INN. Yes, we were tired and yes...we stayed. This place is a dump. The beds are horrible, you can feel the springs. The room smelled like a locker room and cigar bar. The bathroom walls... More

Very expensive for this type of motel. Everything is old and worn out. Shower is great, however. Restaurant is terrible. They give you a slip for one free breakfast per room, not per person. My wife's bacon had some hair on it. When we told the manager of the restaurant she said "Oh! OK" and mumbled something. The restaurant is... More

I have absolutely no idea what peopld are complaining about. The service is wonderful. And the rooms are much larger than the best western mentioned earlier in another review. The maids are all bery friendly and timely with their work. And if you go in the summer they have the latgest pool in town. And if you stay on the... More

The only reason I stayed was that I had already paid, it was late at night and we would be leaving first thing the next morning. Something dried on toilet seat ( not sure what exactly), which I cleaned off with sanitizing wipes I had in my purse. Cracks in the ceiling, fuzz balls and cigarette burns all over blanket... More
