Well I just checked in but I can already review this Courtyard easily. Beautiful contemporary lobby with plush seating and friendly service sets the bar high. The industrial elevators were a surprise but still, maybe just a modern touch. No such luck. Either the 5th floor missed the remodel or all the money went downstairs. 100 thread count sheets. A... I stayed at Courtyard Metairie for 2 nights during a business trip to New Orleans this past week, it was more or less what I expected of a Marriott. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, checking in was very smooth. The cafe at the lobby is pretty decent, though I'm more used to a buffet style cafe at... More

First I will say that the staff was very friendly at check in. The location is very convenient to I10 and very easy to locate. Overall the property was clean and the area appeared to be safe. Now to the room, it was a two bed room with a small bathroom. We did enjoy the free wifi and the desk... More

The front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The small cafe in the lobby area also provided friendly service. The menu itself was nothing special. The room was disappointing, particularly in light of the relatively high price paid. The bed was the biggest drawback, as it was too soft to be comfortable and made for a difficult night... More

I was so impressed with the location and the desk service that I was ready to rate this place much higher. Everyone was very helpful and polite. So helpful the cleaning lady helped herself to my clothes. I left a pair of swim trunks and brand new shorts with tags still on them in a right hand bottom drawer below... More

We try to stay at Courtyards whenever we can. This hotel is just what we were expecting. The pool was nice, rooms were comfortable and cool. Excellent service from housekeeping and front desk. Did not use the restaurant as it wasn't included in the price of my room. I really like the "old style" dining room, not sure of the... More

All in all the hotel was decent. A little off the beaten path, but worth the extra miles for the cost. The one thig that we thought they had, which was some kind of continental breakfast, they actually didn't offer during our stay. They do have a cafe which was an option until we saw the prices. The bathroom had... More

This was a very nicely furnished hotel that look exactly like the commercials on television. I absolutely love the courtyard hotels that i've stayed in. Quiet locale and a decent drive to french quarter. I really didn't have to leave the hotel for anything such as alcohol or mixing drinks or anything to eat for that matter. common areas very... More

My family and I stayed here last week for a short vacation to New Orleans. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location: it was just a short drive of 10-15 minutes to get to the French Quarter or the Garden District, and for less than you would pay to stay closer in. It does not offer free breakfast... More

This is my regular place to stay when i visiting New Orleans for buizness. They have made a lot of improvements over the past couple years. Location is not that bad. Easy to get in and out of downtown. Just takes a few minutes. Free parking is a plus. Staff is very nice and helpful.
