I have stayed at many up upscale and low scale hotel, but i think this one topped the worst of worst list. We had a confirmed reservation, via an Internet site (Hotels.com). When we arrived, the hotel clerk claimed she had no vacancies and no record of our reservation - despite the fact I showed her my confirmation number.
