The Night Asst. Man., Alvin was very nice . He explained all of the inns and outs and didn't forget the wonderful free breakfast. My room was clean and roomy. The hugh bed was soft and had plenty of pillows. I would always return. The gentlemen upon checkout was also very pleasant. more

Horrible experience. The room had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet seat and the toilet hadn't been flushed. The whole place looked horribly run down. We had a reservation, but we left and went next door to the Best Western. The price was similar but everything was 10 times better. more
