I have stayed here at this location several times. They always have great rates. The hotel staff is always so pleasant, very helpful.. Nice location hotel is clean and comfortable. I will always stay here when I am in town.

U never get a second chance to make a good first impression but neither Alana nor Urvi will need one! From the moment I walked thru the door til I got the courtesy call once I was in the room they were super nice leaving a pleasent and professional lasting impression.

Upon, checking in, I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. She advised me on things to do while visiting Lake Charles. Ms Alana Harmon really needs a raise in pay or a promotion. She answered all my concerns with the professonalism that I'm used to recieving from bigger hotel chains :)

The best thing about our stay was the staff... They made it super easy to get in our room and they are super friendly... I would recommend this hotel to anyone... And make sure to ask for Allana at the front desk she is just great...
