I stayed at this location this past weekend, I must say that the hotel staff was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate any request to the best of their ability. Rooms were great, food was great. I will certainly stay there again should the need arise. more

Don't let the reviews scare you off. This property has been remodeled a few years ago. Understand that this property is older, exterior room entrances (except for suites off lobby), smallish rooms, very small bathrooms. We stayed at the hotel because it hosted the local MDA Jerry Lewis Telethon. This event used to be located at another local hotel. We have NEVER been treated as well as we were at the Holiday Inn Lafayette. From the cleaning staff to the highest manager everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with.
