Overall the place was nice. The reception desk was very helpful. The housekeeping crew looked like they'd rather be someplace else. The fitness room was adequate. Very quiet. The elevators took a long time. I think the building needs some updating. Pleasant stay. more

Lacking in every way from unclean to unsafe (no smoke detector), horrid restaurant food and untrained wait staff. Nothing good to say unless it's to mention the brand name of a usually nice hotel. I wasted $325 on two nights. Don't make my mistake. more

Disappointed

I stayed at the Hilton for two nights and the maid never serviced our room. Furthermore, the elevator was not timely and made it inconvienent to get to and from our room. more

will I stay at this hotel. The lobby and hallways were dirty, the furniture scuffed. The room were supposedly renovated a few years ago, but seem very old. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, but there was no microwave and the hotel has the nerve to charge $10 a day for internet access. I visited the Mariott Fairfield across... more

Hotel is pleasant and clean with outdoor pool and sundeck by side of river. Didn't seem to be anything nearby but only stayed one night so didn't explore. Bar is dingy and very smoky but otherwise all was fine. more

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was alright. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The bath towels were large, which was nice. The hotel is close to resturants, many are across the street. The parking is plentiful, but not secure. There is a charge for internet use. It was an average stay at an average... more

The shuttle service from the airport was prompt--the hotel is only a few miles away. At check-in, there was a mix-up with my reservation--my company had already taken care of the charges but there was NO record of this. After I was assured it was taken care of later that day, I discovered two days later from a rude front... more

I have stayed here previously and had really enlyed my stay. I just sstayed here afain for two nights. The hotel was full with college baseball players, retired marines, etc. Got checked in quickly and went to my room. Only two of the three elevators were working which made for a long wait. The hotel is gracious and friendly. Rooms are typical but I was on executive floor and the bed was so comfortable. The lounge staff was exceptional and local college kids who loved to share their knowledge of the area. The food was as good as other hotel in the executive lounge but one thing it is open on weekends when... more
