I saw pictures of this hotel and thought it was was pretty but once we got there was a different story. First, an hour after being in our room the air conditioner started making loud weird noises, maintenance came but it stopped once he got there (started again during the night), next morning as I'm brushing my teeth my feet start to feel wet only to look down and find water all over the floor from underneath the sink(which now makes sense why the bathroom cabinets werent constructed)all over my soft clean white socks! ok anyway nothin that some hot coffee cant fix...only that the mugs were filthy with someones old coffee stuck in the mug! Front desk lady was nice but no discounts for our inconveniences just 2 cups of coffee for the road.We were ready to check out early. NOT again. more
