We were met with T'Juleps and Crab custards and good advice where to eat that night. The whole house was very clean we were in the garden room upstairs which had a very comfortable queen bed. The breakfast was defiantly ooh La La in the grand Acadian manner. Not to be missed. On this vacation we stayed at 13 places... More

My husband and I just returned from a quick trip to Cajun Country. We spent two days at T'Frere's with Pat and Maugi, the InnKeepers! What a great experience. From our greeting at the front door by Pat to our good-by hugs as we left, Pat and Maugi made us feel as though we were members of their family. The... More

We stayed for 2 nights. The hosts were very friendly and suggested a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again. Our room was behind the kitchen, which does prevent you from sleeping in as it gets noisy in the morning.

Bed mattress sinks in the middle and had a plastic cover. Breakfast consisted of orange juice and fruit that were obviously from a can; store-bought, perfectly round pancakes covered with very sugary fruit toppings, which were also obviously from a can; and finally some dried up pieces of bacon.

We stayed for one night in the 1890 room on our way from Galveston to New Orleans. The house itself is great, lots of 'stuff' to look at. The owners were wonderful, and Pat immediately provided us with a recommendation for a restaurant (Roland's) which was totally amazing. The breakfast was fun, and the other groups who shared our table... More

With a B & B it's not like a Hilton---you never know quite what to expect. To our astonishment, T'Frere's was just wonderful. Tasteful rooms, enjoyable grounds, an attractive house. And the food! Evening drinks with a house recipe. A breakfast better than any hotel I've ever been in. Hosts who are witty, charming, and great story tellers. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Garconniere. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and extremely welcoming. Maugie and Pat were exceptional hosts helping us to select a restaurant for dinner and even making our reservation for us. We were in the cottage and were given the run of the main house. Welcome drinks were delicious and breakfast was creative and titillated the taste buds.... More

We stayed two nights in the 1890 room (which is much prettier now than the photos because they've put lighter wallpaper and bedcovers and taken out the red) to break our trip to New Orleans for a cruise. I chose thisB&B based on the reviews which are all so wonderful. I glanced at some of the "supernatural" events reported but... More

We stayed a night in Mary's room. Beds were comfortable & felt like home. We didn't have any paranormal experiences. The staff was very friendly. The T'Julips are cool & warm & so delicious with the Cajun Canapés. The Mardi Gras breakfast was so good. Thank you for your hospitality Pat & Maugie Pastor. We will visit again in the... More

My husband and I shared a wonderful weekend at T'Frere's. The breakfast was to die for' I couldn't stay more than a few days without gaining weight. Our room was very charming and clean. Maugie and Pat are the perfect hosts. We will be back next year, if not sooner!
