I haven't stayed in this particular hotel in many years. This weekend Moneen (Alicia), gave me a room at this hotel for my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The rooms look amazing since the renovations. I will be back. We have been three times this year alone. I loved the hotel and the mattresses were great. I can't... More

Stayed at the Coushatta for our first time on Wed , Oct 15th. Thanks to Warren Davidson, we were comped a room and were given a food credit. The property is beautiful. The hotel and shops are all first class. Our hotel room was spacious and modern. The casino was huge with a large nonsmoking area. Sorry I have no... More

Have visited Coushatta Hotel many times. Stayed last at the 7 Clans. Coushatta Grand Hotel has been closed for rennovations for many months now. The new pool area is a lot of fun for little kids but there is nowhere you can swim laps. I attempted to in the "lazy river," but the currents in it are swift, it is... More

We have used the Coushatta Grand Hotel before its renovations and will continue to use it when it comes back from restoration. The hotel staff is wonderful and always have a smile on their face. Check-in is always on a timely manner. Card keys are given and always if there is an event, they mention it at check-in. Once in... More

We've frequented this hotel and casino or the past 10 years and have never had a bad experience. We've stayed in the hotel casino, the inn as well as the chalets. All of them have been wonderful. The customer service in all areas of the casino is fabulous. At one point, two years ago when making reservations, we were pleasantly... More

This was my second visit there, and I do believe I will bypass both L'Auberge and Isle of Capri if I were to gamble in Louisiana again. It appeared to be smaller than L'Auberge yet larger than Isle of Capri. My opinion: it is worth to make the additional 45 minute drive and play in Coushatta. The smoke factor was... More

We have been coming to Coushatta for a long long time. We have never had a "bad" stay. Twice in the chalets and one of the stays was barely average. Stayed at the Seven Clans a couple of time, the Inn a few time and the rest of the time brought the rv trailer. We are more prone to bring... More

Very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel, had visited the casino in the past but this was 1st time to stay in hotel. Carpet was dirty and torn in places, stains on the comforter on the bed and the bathroom was nasty and smelled bad. It was so bad we decided to leave a day earlier than... More

Spent two days at the Coushatta Grand hotel, I am glad to hear they are starting to renovate in a few weeks. It was a bit outdated for the $99 a night price tag during the week. They were working on the exterior of the hotel, I opened the curtains and was nose to nose with a man on a... More
