Room 'looked' nice but was dirty. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable but the carpet had sticky stuff on it and the bathroom was visibly dirty (poop marks in the toilet, pubic hair in the bathtub). We really like this hotel and they were very nice to us. We were stranded two extra days in New Orleans due to bad weather in New England. So we had a longer vacation -- darn.
