I was so pleased with my stay at this hotel, that I reserved two additional nights on my vacation to New Orleans after returning from Atlanta. From check-in to check-out, the staff went out of their way to make the stay a comfortable and pleasant one. The young man who checked us in, Herbert, did an outstanding job, and made... More

This hotel is close to the airport. If your catching an international flight at 6AM ... and just need a few hours rest. This is the place. It's affordable .... around $100. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance and by the time your complimentary breakfast is being served at the hotel ... you will be sitting in a jet.... More

Thank you for taking the time to talk about us. I am sorry about the wake up call. We will work on that as a team. I know how important that is to travelers. When you return, I will walk you to Check In/Check Out which is less than a football field from us. It has been here for 50... More

The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. However, another teacher and I (two women) were traveling with 15 high school students. The hotel put the 8 boys on a separate floor. We were astounded. The tour coordinator had spoken with them, in person, the morning of our arrival. Everything was in order. By our evening arrival, there was nothing to... More

Well, we were happy to accommodate your group; however, based on the fact that you booked these reservations late, we did everything in our power to keep your rooms together. There were other groups inhouse who booked far in advance of you and with a higher rate than you; therefore they received priority. Try booking far in advance. Question: If... More

Handicap room very small. Close to the airport . Only one elevator, if it breaks a handicap person is sunk. Otherwise, the hotel is fine for an overnight stay. Very close to Harbor Seafood, which is the best seafood restaurant in New Orleans.

My family and I were not familiar with the New Orleans area. We found that the hotel was convenient to many activities. The staff was nice and welcoming. Shower was great! Hotel was otherwise mediocre.

Stayed for 2 nights. Free wifi, breakfast and parking. Staff is friendly. Room is reasonably sized. Only down side might be the amount of air fresheners they sprayed in the room that welcomed us. It is too much. Maybe the guest staying in the room before us was smoking or what. Overall, not a bad stay.

I am sorry for the asthmatic attack we gave you upon entry in the room. I am working with Housekeeping in the coming weeks. This is an issue I will address with the Executive Housekeeper. Any recommendations? More

On 5\4\15 we stayed the night at the Sleep Inn on Loyola Drive in Kenner, LA, room 608. As a start, we called the hotel shuttle from the airport transportation shuttle. After waiting 35 minutes, I called again and the young woman at the desk had forgot (neglected) to make the driver aware. The driver arrived about 15 minutes later.... More

It is my hope that what you have written here affords you some sense of satisfaction because your comments are of no benefit after the fact. We were looking for a room for one night while in town for a cruise. About 15 minutes away from the port and near the airport. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly, good location right off the interstate. Limited restaurant availability nearby. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed one night before going on a cruise and thought one night in an airport hotel could not be too bad. Were we ever wrong. I am very happy that you saw the people element to be high caliber in this building. I appreciate that. In reference to your comments about the building, I have great concerns. This Sleep Inn in located at a freeway exit not too far from the airport. Shuttle service is provided. This hotel appears to be an old Motel 6 remodeled into a Sleep Inn. My room was a little smaller than is usual for a Sleep Inn, but it had the usual amenities. I found the room to be perfectly adequate... More
