We checked into the Crowne Plaza, Kenner (New Orleans airport) just before Christmas 2008 for 5 days. The hotel had just been renovated from (I believe) a Holiday Inn Select. the look of the hotel was very clean and modern but kind of creepy as the entire hotel was deserted but for a few Scotts who were there for oil... more

Only a short ride from the French Quarter . . the hotel has an inexpensive shuttle service . . .friendly staff, brand new hotel, big screen tv's in rooms more
